Hi guys, I hope you’re having a great start to the week, today I bring you my September Wrap Up, where I tell you about my readings of the month.
This month has been pretty good, I have read the same amount of good books as not so good books. It has been a surprise for me to have been able to read 7 books in the month of September(5 were ARCs YAY !, I have lowered my amount of ARCs a lot which is so rewarding), which makes me very happy, even so, I always prioritize the quality to the quantity and I’ve had a mixed month, I liked alot several of my reading, but I’ve also put 1 star to one of them which is a shame, so without further ado, let’s begin! Two sisters. One death. No memories.
Cora should remember every detail about the night her stepsister, Hannah, fell down a flight of stairs to her death, especially since her Cerepin—a sophisticated brain-computer interface—may have recorded each horrifying moment. But when she awakens after that night, her memories gone, Cora is left with only questions—and dread of what the answers might mean.
When a downward spiral of self-destruction forces Cora to work with an AI counselor, she finds an unexpected ally, even as others around her grow increasingly convinced that Hannah’s death was no accident. As Cora’s dark past swirls chaotically with the versions of Hannah’s life and death that her family and friends want to believe, Cora discovers the disturbing depths of what some people may do—including herself.
With her very sanity in question, Cora is forced to face her greatest fear. She will live or die by what she discovers.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organise yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment, and er… add to that ever growing TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started with J Kaye’s Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date. And here we are!
Hi loves !, I hope you’re having a great start to the week, I know it is difficult to start after the weekend, so from here I send the best energies for you all !. Guys hope you’re having a beautiful day, for me today is fantastic because I’ve found myself with this a couple of days ago, but unfortunately I haven’t been able to post until today. This is so incredible!
It’s so hard for me to start with this post today, I’ve thought a thousand ways to begin to thank you for this incredible goal that together we have achieved, but I don’t know if I’ll find the appropriate way to express all my love and all that this means for me, anyway I’ll try lol.
When I started with the blog I was so scared guys !, I’m from Argentina so although I love speaking and writing in English, it’s not my mother lenguage so I knew it would be a challenge to start a blog in this language, but I’ve learned so much thanks to you and probably you don’t even know it but you all has helped me improve my English a lot and that has been just one of good things that came with this new project when it starts almost a year ago now.
The main reason why I decided to create A Book. A Thought is to share my love for reading and my thoughts about the books I was reading and it’s what I think I have achieved with it, but at the same time it’s much more than that, I’ve met fantastic and very kind people, that with their incredible work in their respective blogs have inspired me to continue and want to improve every day with mine.
All this makes me EXTREMELY HAPPY and despite the fact that in the beginning I felt a lot of enthusiasm for having followers, today I can assure you that although I appreciate the love and 1000 followers is really something AMAZING, this is something I would continue doing it regardless of the amount of people that follow me, because I’ve fallen in love with this world, I feel passionate about writing and my level of reading has improved a lot, there are so many things I’ve learned and I’ve also made mistakes but I have learned from them too, everything has been fantastic and I hope it’s still that way for a long time
I don’t want to make this super long, so in summary I want to thanks with my heart to every person who has felt the desire to follow this blog, read my reviews, put a comment or give a like to each post. I’ve put and I’ll continue putting a lot of work and effort in this to overcome me every day and for you all of course, is so important for me guys, simply THANK YOU Continue reading
