🌪 Hi guys! I hope you’re having a wonderful day, safe and surrounded by the best reading.❤️ Today I wanted to start catching up a bit with posts that I didn’t get to do last year, but that I still think are fun to discuss and share with you, and to kick off these posts, I want to start with “my least-favorite books” as I think it was a post I couldn’t skip, and then I‘ll as well do a post dedicated to my favorite books of last year as well, of course. 🙌🏻
My least favorite and favorite books of the year posts are usually my favorite posts not only to make but also of my favorite posts to see on other blogs, so I hope you like it too, and share in the excitement, even though I’m a little late this time. For this opportunity I’ve chosen five books, we’ll talk a little bit about them and I’ll give you their respective ratings, as well as each link to go to my review as well as Goodreads in case you want to read more of them or add them to your own TBR. 🌟 🌟 🌟
I always like to clarify before I start that these are just my opinions and it’s not the absolute truth of all things, I know we all have different tastes and preferences when it comes to reading and that’s perfect and super respectable so with that in mind, I’d love to know what you think about each book below and if you’ve read it what was your experience with it! 😊
I’ve ordered the books so that, in this opportunity, will be from the one I liked the most to the one I liked the least, of course within the “least favorite” in this case, but it’s also something I want to do with my favorites since I think it makes it more dynamic and fun 👏🏻 (so, in that case, it would be a scale from the one I like the least, to the one I like the most, I hope this makes sense lol).SO SO HAPPY to be back!! 😭 everything feels so organic, really when you do something you love it feels like you never left, you know? and I love being able to share with you all! 🥰 So without further ado, and because I promised I would be a little briefer with my introductions 😅…. LET’S GET STARTED! 🌪
🌪 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having an amazing day, full of the best readings!❤️ Today I bring you a double review of the books I’ve been reading recently. 😊 Of course, these books will be spooky editions during this month, so you can find everything I’ll be trying to read during the month of October on my TBR. 🕯 But today we’ll focus on these two stories, on one side we have: There’s Someone Inside Your House, a book where we follow a killer who’s murdering students, but not without stalking them first from inside their own homes, and a group of guys trying to figure out what connects the victims, and who’s behind the killing 🔪 & on the other side: The Taking of Jake Livingston, where we follow a young man who can see and feel the world of the dead, and while trying to survive in a racist society he’ll face a completely different struggle with a spirit who wants revenge. 👻 I hope you enjoy both reviews very much, you know I love to know what you think, so feel free to let me know all about it in the comments! 🥰 Now yes, make yourself comfortable, and LET’S GET STARTED! 🌪
🕯️ Hi, bookish friends! I hope you’re all having a wonderful day full of the best spooky reading! 🖤 Today I’m super excited to share with you the first post of a new series where we’ll have various bookish content all related to horror season, and Halloween in general 🕷, but don’t worry because if you’re not that into spooky and this crrepy vibe isn’t for you because I’ve got you covered too, so I’ll be trying to create posts that can be enjoyable for everyone, no matter what. 🙌🏻 I hope you’re as much excited as I am, because as you know, I LOVE horror season 😍, even though in Argentina it’s not something we celebrate, I celebrate it on my own with many creepy books, movies and series, so I hope this year I can share this season with all of you. So,I invite you to stick around for this post series to not only share halloween-y books, but also exchange opinions to make it more fun! 😊
In this first post to open this seriesI wanted to bring you a bunch of Young Adult Horror books for you to enjoy during this season, so I thought a list of 31 books would be more than perfect! 🎃 Some things I tried to keep in mind when compiling this list are: first, that 🌕this books aren’t this year’s releases, as I’ll have a separate post for that specifically, and second, that 🌕the specific genre is “horror” and not “suspense”, “thrillers” or “mysteries”. Obviously there’s nothing wrong with those genres, I love them and they’re perfect to read during this time due to their dark atmospheres, but I wanted in this list to focus 100% on horror as the main genre. 👍🏻 if you’re interested in seeing a list with the other genres as well, I’ll be more than happy to do it separately without any problems. 🥰
I don’t want to make this introduction too long, as we have a long way to go, so without further ado, I hope you enjoy this October content in general in the blog 🕸, that you like this post, that you can find new titles to add to your TBR & obviously,I invite you to share all your thoughts about these books with me in the comments. 😘 Now yes, LET’S GET STARTED! 🕯
‼️ All books will have a direct link to Goodreads in case you want to add them.
🔥 Hi, mis amores!! I hope you’re having a wonderful day full of good readings & beautiful moments. ❤️ Super excited to have the chance to share with you again this post series, where every month I’ll be bringing you the newest book releases of 2021, obviously focusing on those that sound more interesting and more appealing to me. 🌟 As I always say “Good news for the heart but bad for the pocket” right? that expression never gets old 😂 So if you’re not afraid to let your TBR grow… even more, & you’re dying to know what books are about to come out, this is the series for you. 👏🏻 In these posts, I always include those book releases that, as I said before, resonate the most with me or sound like something that I’ll love, so I’ll only highlight those that I plan to read at some point. I hope you enjoy this post a lot & above all, that you can find new books to enjoy. 😍 Thank you for choosing to share this moment with me, make yourself comfortable, grab your favorite drink & LET’S GET STARTED! 🔥
‼️ Small Clarification: The dates of some of these books may change due to Covid-19 and everything that’s happening in the world right now, so if that’s the case, don’t hesitate to let me know!
💫 Hi guys, I hope you’re having a beautiful day! Today I bring you another part of our series, the book meme “Down the TBR Hole”, which I’m doing hoping that it will help me to reduce the number of books that are in my current TBR
My plan is to upload this meme every week!. I’ll show you 10 books of which I’ll choose which one I’ll keep or get rid of. I want to make this weekly meme as interactive as possible, so I’ll be consulting a lot with you, to decide what to do. There will be those books which I’ll be interested in (Keep), those which I’ll not be interested in anymore (GO) and those which I’ll not be sure about, and with those, I’ll need your help. So please, let me know all your thoughts in the comments and I’ll be able to take my decision and let you know in the next post. 💫
I’m very happy because I’ve seen that you have participated a lot in the previous post, leaving me your comments, so I’m super excited to continue with this weekly meme. If you’re doing the same meme right now, let me know so I can check your post out and leave my thoughts there💖Read More »
