Save One, Drop One | Book Edition 🔥

🔥 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a wonderful day, full of good readings and incredible moments. ❤️ Today I bring you a kind of Bookish Tag to share with you, THE THING IS: a few days ago I was watching videos in the Booktube world, and I came across this great idea on the jessethereader & Hailey in Bookland channels, and I thought it was such a fun series to bring it here, but in blog format. 👏🏻
What is it about? Well, this book tag is about choosing two books that you have already read, and of those books, you should choose one to save, while you should drop the other. It sounds simple, but I think it will not be so because maybe I randomly pick books that I love completely and it will destroy my heart to have to choose between my babies, so we’ll see; also I know that I run the risk that you hate me, so I hope you still love me after this, it will not be easy. 🥺
 🥺
To make it more fun and entertaining, I’ve decided to choose the books using my Read shelf in Goodreads, I’ll put it so that they’re sorted in a Radom way, and I’ll refresh the page to create pairs. 😄
I hope this makes sense to you, and so I can be surprised along with you while we do the tag, since I don’t know which book will be chosen.
I hope you like the idea, that it’s something that you find entertaining, and of course, it would be a pleasure if you decide to do it yourself too, just let me know because I would love to see your choices. 🌻
I love you, infinite thanks for the love and support of all these years with my blog, I hope you decide to stay and accompany me on this incredible journey for much longer & without further ado, LET’S START!

☄️ Hi guys, I hope you’re having a wonderful day. Today I bring you a post that always brings a bit of controversy, and that’s my list of my less favorite books this year!. First of all, I want to thank you for the support you’re put in my blog, I’m getting to know more and more wonderful people in the community and it makes me happy.
Second, in this post will be the books that I’ve enjoyed the least or that I haven’t liked at all, this doesn’t mean that I’m throwing hate to them, you know?, they just aren’t for me, so please don’t feel offended if your favorite book is here. In fact, if you enjoyed them, I’m really happy and I whish I’d have done it as well.
I’ll show you my Top 5 here, because, to be honest, I don’t have SO many books that I haven’t liked that much, luck for me, right? LOL
In general, I want to clarify, my 3 stars are usually average books for me, I don’t love them but they have some qualities that I’ve enjoyed, so isn’t, for my standards, a bad rating, that’s why there’s no 3 stars books here, I’ll put those who have less than that
So without more further ado, LET’S START!, it will be a difficult road lol ☄️ Read More »

March Wrap Up [2018]

Copia de Copia de SPRINGTIME (1)

Hi Guys !, I hope you’re having a beautiful day, today I’ll share with you my March Wrap Up, where I tell you about the books that I’ve read during the month. Last month I had decided to do something different with my TBR and I thought that will be fun to let my boyfriend choose the books I would be reading in the month, it was really great, we both had a lot of fun doing it so if you want to check it out I’ll leave you the post here: My Boyfriend Picks My TBR[March 2018]

I had so many different books to read that it was really an whole experience, I love to mix the genres a little during the month to make my reading more dynamic and entertaining so it was great that my boyfriend chose the books he chose for me, besides they were all books that I died to reading and in another way I might never have done it, so that was great.

I read 6 books in the month of March, the 5 books that were in my boyfriend’s TBR plus one that I was dying to read, which was Restore Me, so in summary I’m very pleased with myself because I’ve been able to read ALL the books that were in my TBR, which is always a great achievement for all of us, I guess. I have many different thoughts about each one, alot of different ratings, I’ve reviewed all of them so as always I’ll leave you the link of my review if you want to know my thoughts in a more depth way. I hope you had an incredible reading month and you enjoyed the books you’ve read, so without further ado let’s start!Read More »

It’s Monday! What are you Reading?

A Book A Thought (1)

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week.  It’s a great post to organise yourself. This meme started with J Kaye’s Blog   and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date. And here we are!

Book Review: Red Rising by Pierce Brown

15839976Title: Red Rising (Red Rising Saga #1)

By: Pierce Brown

Published: January 28th 2014

By: Del Rey (Random House)

Genre: Fantasy-YA-Dystopia-Sci/Fi

“I live for the dream that my children will be born free,” she says. “That they will be what they like. That they will own the land their father gave them.”

“I live for you,” I say sadly.

Eo kisses my cheek. “Then you must live for more.”

Darrow is a Red, a member of the lowest caste in the color-coded society of the future. Like his fellow Reds, he works all day, believing that he and his people are making the surface of Mars livable for future generations.

Yet he spends his life willingly, knowing that his blood and sweat will one day result in a better world for his children.

But Darrow and his kind have been betrayed. Soon he discovers that humanity already reached the surface generations ago. Vast cities and sprawling parks spread across the planet. Darrow—and Reds like him—are nothing more than slaves to a decadent ruling class.

Inspired by a longing for justice, and driven by the memory of lost love, Darrow sacrifices everything to infiltrate the legendary Institute, a proving ground for the dominant Gold caste, where the next generation of humanity’s overlords struggle for power. He will be forced to compete for his life and the very future of civilization against the best and most brutal of Society’s ruling class. There, he will stop at nothing to bring down his enemies… even if it means he has to become one of them to do so.
