October TBR | Trying to read all my spooky books: Hocus Pocus Readathon & Gothtober Readathon ๐ŸŽƒ

๐ŸŽƒ Hi, my beautifull bookish friends! I hope youโ€™re having the most incredible day with the best readings.โค๏ธ Today I bring you a new Monthly TBR, where I’m sharing with you my reading plans for the month of October. Guys, I’m SO EXCITED cause the horror month has officially begun and it’s one of my favorite months of the year because if you don’t know it yet, you should know that I LOVE everything that has to do with scary things: movies, books, EVERYTHING. ๐Ÿ˜ So like every year I will be watching many spooky series and horror movies, as well as those that are within the genre like, mystery or suspense, and obviously, I’m here today to share with you ALL my readings, of course, that are super spooky and disturbing, so really really excited and happy that this season begins. ๐Ÿ‘ป Here in Argentina, there’s no such thing as Halloween, so I’ll be celebrating it on my own, like every year!!! and I hope you stay there all this month accompanying me, I’ve planned some spooky recommendations and other posts that I’m really excited about to share with you, so stay tuned, it will be a beautiful and creepy month! ๐Ÿฅณ
As always before I start to tell you a bit about my plans for the month, I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for all the support and love you have given me the previous month, I’m SOOOO happy to have you in my life, you have no idea, this blog means the world for me, as well as being part of this community that’s so wonderful. ๐Ÿ’ž  I LOVE YOU, ALWAYS & ALWAYS.
 ๐Ÿฅบ ๐Ÿฅบ ๐Ÿฅบ

So, I plan this month to participate in two readathons, I really couldn’t choose only one and LOVE the ideas of both, the creators have been super original and you can see both have worked so hard, so I want to give my support by participating, it will be SO MUCH FUN. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
The first will be
Hocus Pocus Readathon ๐Ÿง™๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ, a Readathon that I’m sure you’ve heard mentioned, is created by @pagesnink and @werewolflious & takes place from October 1st until the 31st. I LOVE that in this Readathon we have Teams: “Team Sanderson Sisters”, “Team Undead” & “Team Trick or Treaters”. Each Team has its own prompts, as well as each Team also has a Strength and a Weakness, all of which is perfectly detailed on Twitter, where you’ll find a thread with all the information you need to know, also where you can join to win points for your team. In my case, I’ll be #TEAMSANDERSONSISTERS and super excited for my team, and I have a very exciting stack to share with you later.
On the other hand, we have
Gothtober Readathon ๐Ÿ’€, which let me tell you, it has some BEAUTIFUL graphics, you can see the work put into it and I simply love each of the promps that I’ll later be sharing with you. This Gothic Readathon is hosted by @ladette_M, @Oliviascatastro, and @llittlewolf_ & will be taking place throughout the whole month of October as well. This also has a wonderful thread on Twitter where you can go to see all the info and also some recommendations for each prompt, which I’ll share with you below.

I’ve been able to put together a stack with books that I’ll be convincing and repeating for many of the prompts of both Readathons, so I don’t have to read one for each prompt because it would be impossible for me to do so. But I’m really happy with what I accomplished, I have a decent stack of spooky books that I’m very excited to read.  ๐Ÿฅฐ To be honest with you I’ll not be prioritizing my ARCs this month, I want to mention it directly because I have to be true to myself and this month I feel like I want to read other things, and that’s fine, even so, I always enjoy my ARCs and love the possibility of being able to be approved for each one of them, so I’ll read more in November. ๐Ÿ˜Š
And I think that’s it, hope I don’t forget to mention anything, I’m super excited about jumping right into what’s important right and sharing ALL my readings for this month with you, so without further ado, make yourself comfortable, prepare a delicious coffee &
LET’S START! ๐ŸŽƒ

October TBR || Spooky & Witchy Reads + some ARCs || 2019 ๐ŸŒ˜

๐ŸŒ˜ย Hi guys! I hope youโ€™re having a beautiful day!ย ๐Ÿ’ž Today I bring you my TBR for the month of October, where Iโ€™ll tell you everything Iโ€™ll be reading during the month. Finally, the horror month has arrived and I’m super excited for it, I’ve been planning a lot and changing my TBR like crazy, so I hope to have put together a good stack and enjoy the majority of them. Despite having 2 ARCs that I really have to read in October, I’ll be focusing on those mysterious, spooky vibes or witchy books that I’ve had in my TBR for some time now, or that I just really want to read. This type of books where something magical happens or is located in a creepy place or is absolutely atmospheric, are my favorite readings for the whole year, but it feels even more special to read them during October since most of us will be reading the same things, so it will be fun to exchange opinions and know more about you own picks, I always LOVE to know!ย ๐Ÿ˜ย I also plan to watch some movies this month, I haven’t watched almost anything in September, and I really love watching movies so I’ll be looking for some horror to check out, so if you have any recommendations, let me know in the comments, that would be great!ย ๐Ÿงกย
I’m very very happy for the great success that my September has been in terms of reading, so this month I feel somewhat ambitious, I don’t want to exaggerate because we all know where that ends, but I do want to at least try to read those books that I’ve wanted to read since that came out and prioritize them.ย ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปย I know this month is full of incredible read-a-thons, but I’ve decided to stay out of them this year because I’ve been participating in too many and I just want to read relaxedly what I’ve already chosen, no pressure, you know?. Don’t misunderstand me, though, I love read-a-thons and you know it, especially since they push you to read a little more and get out of your comfort zone, but this month I don’t feel like pressure, so I think it’s the best decision. Even so, I’ll be following all of you who participate, because I adore this kind of spooky read-a-thons and I’m already dying to know that you’ll be reading.ย ๐Ÿ˜Š

ย ๐Ÿ’ซย In other news, as I do every year, I’ll be taking a two-week vacation and we’ll go on a trip with my boyfriend, I’ll be leaving on October 28 and I’ll be away for most of November.ย ๐Ÿค—ย ย
As you know, this doesn’t mean that I’ll not be checking your posts from time to time, but it does mean that I’ll not be uploading content and maybe I don’t read much either. Personally, I feel that it’s something that I need to do for myself, my mind and my health, so it’s a mini-rest thing and then I’ll return as usual.
I’ll probably have my Wrap Up quite early in the month, but well, closer to the date I’ll let you know again.ย ๐Ÿ’ซย

Lastly, and before I begin, I want to thank you as I do every month for the support and love that you give me with each “comment” and “like”, it means the world for me to have you and only a few days ago I received the notification that my traffic has grown, and I have no words, it really is a blessing and I thank the universe for having created the blog because the connections I’ve made with you all will be forever. I LOVE YOU and I hope you have the most wonderful month โค๏ธย
Now without further ado let’s start, I have a lot to show youย ๐ŸŒ˜Read More »

Copia de Copia de Copia de Copia de Copia de Copia de Copia de Copia de SPRINGTIME (5)

๐ŸŽƒย Hi babes! I hope youโ€™re having a great day. Today I bring you my TBR of the month of October, where I tell you about the readings that Iโ€™ve planned for this month.ย October, as we all know, is the the horror month and another thing that I like as much as watching horror movies is reading books with a spooky or mystery theme, so that’s exactly what I’ll be doing this month. I think I created a great list, which has me very excited, but in fact, I planned a totally different one at first, but then I changed my mind at the last moment and I think this list fits much better with the theme of this month.
I did such a good job with my reading in September, that I honestly feel excited about adding a little more books than usual to my list this month, I’ll not be pushing myself so hard, but I want to have several choices in case I can read them all, which is always the goal, but even if I can’t, it will be fine. I have 7 book in my TBR: some ARCs, New Releases, another re-reading, which I’m really enjoying doing and an exciting surprise!๐ŸŽƒ

๐ŸŒธI’ll be having vacations this month, I think for 2 weeks, they’ll start on the 16th, we plan this with my boyfriend during the year and I’ll be taking a break from the blog for that weeks. Don’t get me wrong, I love doing this and this blog is my baby, but every year I always need to have some time for myself, it helps me a lot to rest, for myself and for my mental health of course. But then I’ll return as always, I’ll be obviously reading during those days that I’m not here and when I return I’ll tell you everything about it ๐ŸŒธRead More »

Copia de Copia de SPRINGTIME (2)

Hi babes! I hope you’re having a great day. Today I bring you my TBR of the month of October, where I tell you about the readings that I’ve planned for this month. This month will be different, I feel that I’ve had what I think is one of the best months of this year in September, I’ve read 7 books, which has exceeded my expectations, and which makes me very happy, since I’ve diminished my amount of ARCs, I feel so good about it. As I said earlier this month my TBR will be something different since I’ll be on vacation the last 2 weeks of October, I don’t know if I’ll be reading as usualy, so I thought I would tell you 3 of the books that I would love to read this month and since one of them is huge, I feel it’s a decent number, since I’ll be reading only half of the month I think. Anyway if I finish the 3 books then I’ll let you know and maybe choose another one, but I don’t want to demand myself, I just want to be comfortable with the amount and enjoy my readings
