April TBR | Trying to Catch Up on My Reading! : Arcs, Big Books, Continuing Series & New Releases. 🍂

🍂 Hi, friends, how are you? I hope you’re doing great, safe, and surrounded by the best people & readings! ❤️ Today I’m super excited because it will be my first TBR since I’m back, so somehow everything feels almost new. 🙌🏻 Autumn is starting here where I live and that makes me so happy! my favorite season, no doubt, can you believe that next year I’ll be experiencing my birthday in winter for the first time in my life? CRAZY!. 😍 As you know, this is the post where we discuss and share all about my plans for the new month in terms of reading & where I’m also uncontrollable when it comes to creating lists lol, hopefully, I’ll try to be more reasonable about the latter this year, and I’ll be giving myself a TBR that I actually feel like I can complete. 😅

This time, guys, you’ll notice that I’m not doing a Wrap-Up, which was originally going to go before this post, this is because I haven’t read almost anything this past month 🥺, it has been a month of getting back in tune with everything I had to do, I’ve been catching up with you, I’ve been trying to organize some things in my life as well, I’ve been visiting family that lives far away, and I’ve also been in town shopping for my trip and obviously planning all that, as well. So never mind, it’s ok, I read a 500-page book which is a super positive thing, that book was The Kiss of Deception (The Remnant Chronicles, #1) by Mary E. Pearson, in case you want to check out my thoughts it’s the first book I have reviewed with my new review structure, so I’m very excited about that fact. 💞
Obviously, I’m not here to beat myself up, I probably could have done better, but that’s okay, I’m getting back into this whole blogging thing, so I respect my time.☕️
The really good news, guys, is that after getting more involved in the community after my break, I feel more motivated to catch up with my reading, so I’m crossing my fingers that April will be a successful month! 🤞🏻

So, what will I be reading this April? 🤔 Well, my idea, as the title says, is to catch up, I have several ARCs that I’m extremely grateful to have received, and I want to get to read them, at least in their month of release even if I don’t reach the specific date, I still want to try it. Also, on the other hand, I have a new release from one of my favorite authors, which I’ll be buddy reading, I’ll be starting a duology in preparation for the second book, & I also plan to continue a series I’ve recently started (I think this one is easy to figure out).⚡️⚡️⚡️
So with this little teaser, I think it’s the perfect time to get straight to what we are here for, I already want to share with you all the books I plan to read and also hear about your plans as well! Let’s support each other, we can do this! 🥰 So, without further ado, LET’S GET STARTED! 🍂

The 5 Oldest Book Series on my TBR… that I Still Want to Read 🙌🏻

🙌🏻 Hi, my loves!!! hope you’re having a wonderful day, full of the best readings! ❤️ Today, I’m here with a new post, where we’ll chat a bit about those book series that have been on my TBR the longest, but I still feel like reading them at some point. 😊  I think I need to organize my TBR, like,… urgently, especially my physical TBR, so this post isn’t only a fun idea, but I hope it will help me as an incentive to finally read those books that have been on my shelves for the longest period of time. 📚
However, this time I’ve decided to focus on book series, be it trilogies or sagas, it doesn’t really matter, this post will be all about
those series that I own completed on my TBR, even though I haven’t even started them yet. I’m not proud of this, but when I feel like I could love a series or there’s a lot of hype around certain books and they’re all out (or so all of them) sometimes I have the urge to buy the complete set and binge-read them at some point, so that’s pretty much how each of these series has come into my life. 😅 But now, I’ve started to think that it’s been too many years since their release dates, and while that’s not really an impediment for me to read a book, I feel it’s time to decide if I really want to read them, and the answer in general for these 5 series I bring you today is: YES! 👏🏻 with each one I have different reasons, which I’ll detail in due time, but basically, I still feel quite a lot of urges to sit down and finally devour these very popular and much-loved series, plus I’m generally very curious to know if I’ll like them, and the fact that they’re so well known gives it a little plus, as I’m dying to bring you my thoughts about them to the blog once I read them. 😍
I feel it will be a fun post to do, not only because I feel it will make me want to read these series even more, and not only because it’s a good way to organize myself, but also because I
would love to know your thoughts about them, so I hope you’re ready to share if you’ve loved or hated these series, I would love to know what side you are on and what’s in your mind, so don’t be shy! 🥰
Finally, I hope you enjoy the post, and I invite you to do the same if you feel like it with your own older book series, I’d love to know which ones you haven’t read yet, but you’re dying to do it and why! 💕
I LOVE you,
thank you so much for being there on the other side and for all the love always, now without further ado, let’s get started! 🙌🏻

💫 Hi guys, I hope you’re having a beautiful day! Before starting, I would love to thank for all the good birthday wishes that I’ve received, they make me feel so loved, lucky and happy, really THANK YOU!. I spent the day with my family, my friends, and my boyfriend so it was great.
Well so, you already know that we have finished a challenge the previous Sunday, which was the “ABC Book Challenge”, and it was a lot of fun so I didn’t want to stop uploading a post on Sundays. There’s something about doing it that feels super homely and informal, so I love it, and I want to continue spending this day talking about books with you. So I was thinking about what I could do when I started seeing this weekly meme everywhere! and I thought it was perfect since I urgently need to clean my TBR, so “Down the TBR Hole”, will help me to get rid of those books that I’m not interested in anymore and it will also be perfect for you to help me to decide.

Some of the blogs where I’ve seen this meme: The Uncharted Word || Lost In A Story || Zezee with Books || For The Love Of Books || Bookslovereaders ||

So, the plan is to upload this meme every week where I’ll show you 5 books of which I’ll choose which one I’ll keep or get rid of. I want to make this weekly meme as interactive as possible, so I’ll be consulting a lot with you, to decide what to do. There will be those books which I’ll be interested in (Keep), those which I’ll not be interested in anymore (GO) and those which I’ll not be sure about, and with those I’ll need your help, so please let me know all your thoughts in the comments and I’ll be able to take my decision and let you know in the next post.
I hope I’ve been clear, but in any case, you’ll understand it better once I start doing it, so without more further ado, Let’s Start!!. I’m SO excited! 💫 Read More »

This will be a kind of TBR for 2019, obviously, there are thousands of books that I would love to read this year, but the ones I’ll show you here, are those that I have been wanting to read for a while now and this year they’ll be my priority. It’s like a “Need to Happen” TBR lol.
So I hope you like it, as always all the books will have a link to Goodreads in case you want to add it to your TBR or check more about it 💫

☕️ I’ve been looking for something new and fun to bring to the blog and I’ve seen this challenge everywhere so it really catches my attention, and I’m more than happy and excited to start with this “ABC book challenge”.
I’ll be uploading a post every week sharing with you my most memorable titles and the books that are still on my TBR, corresponding to each letter of the alphabet, this time with the letter “K“.

I don’t know who is the original creator of this challenge, so if you know, please let me know in the comments. Personally I’ve seen this challenge/tag in the blogs of Tiana (The Book Raven) and Jacquie (Rattle the Stars), both are adorable people and their blogs are amazing so, please, check them, you’ll not regret it
I really hope you enjoy this post series a lot, it’s long so I hope to do my best and my goal with it is that we can all share our thoughts about the books that I’ll show you and as always, have a lot of fun.

5 Star Predictions 🌟

Copia de Copia de Copia de Copia de Copia de Copia de Copia de Copia de Copia de Copia de SPRINGTIME (5)

Hi guys!, I hope you’re having the best day ever ❤️. I’ve been so busy this week, it really has been crazy, I need someone to save me lol. My reading pace sucks!, I hope to recover a little in the coming week, but I guess we all have this kind of weeks where you can only take care of work and basic needs, I feel like a real life Sim 😅

Even so, the time I’ve had free, I’ve used to check your publications and you’re all amazing, I love a lot of them seriously, I follow so many talented people that inspire me to read more and improve every day with my blog. I just love you guys 🌸

I’ve seen this post for a few months already going around in the bookish community so I’ve decided to try it, it looks fun, plus there are several books that I feel, I’ll LOVE!, and although this type of post may have a bad side and cause me to end up feeling disappointed with the book, I’ll take the risk, I think it can work and become something interesting and entertaining, I also believe that having this post done will be an incentive to finally read them and compare my thoughts later.
If you enjoy this, I can start doing it from time to time, but we’ll see how it goes 🤩 Read More »
