Spooky Books #3 | Mystery & Thriller Books 🔍

🔍 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a beautiful and spooky day, enjoying all your readings.❤️ Today I’m back with the third part of my series of posts where I’ll be sharing with you some lists and recommendations of spooky books so that you can add to your TBR and maybe read at some point! 😍 I’m SO excited to share the horror season with you, you know that I LOVE everything that has to do with spooky stuffs, so it’s a pleasure for me to be putting together these lists full of interesting books for you.

This time I’ve decided to bring you a list of 10 books within the mystery & thriller genre, so you can also enjoy this month, 5 of them I’ve read and loved, and the other 5 are in my TBR. 😊 I’ve decided to make this list to include in this series of posts because many of you have commented to me that you’re not very interested in horror as such, or it’s simply not the genre that resonates with you the most, and I respect that completely, so my mission is to bring a more varied list of books so that more of you can enjoy this season with me and can find something that genuinely catches your attention.❤️
In this list, I’ve focused on books that I love and other books that do seem or sound just as compelling as the books that I’ve loved, so that I can trust a little more in recommending those books that I haven’t read as well, and expand our lists! 👏🏻 This is one of my favorite genres so I’m super excited about sharing all these amazing books with you.

I hope it’s something you enjoy, thank you SO much for your support with this mini-series for October, I love you, you’re incredible, I hope you’re having an incredible spooky month 🥰 & without further ado, let’s get started! 🔍

Bookish Heavenly Virtues Book Tag ☁️

☁️ Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a beautiful day, full of good readings & beautiful experiences! ❤️ Today I’ve returned, after months, with a new book tag: “Bookish Heavenly Virtues Book Tag” which looks like a lot of fun, I was tagged by my beloved Orang-utan Librarian last year to make this tag, so I’m very sorry for the delay, but I’m trying to catch up with my nominations and tags, for which I’m more than grateful, you know that! So, THANK YOU SO MUCH, for tagging me, I’m very excited to do this tag and obviously Ilett me tell you, to you reading this post that you need to follow Orang-utan Librarian’s blog, because it’s simply wonderful and I would be surprised if you don’t follow it already, it’s a huge inspiration for me. 🥰

Now before starting to answer the questions, I’d like to clarify, as always, that my opinions aren’t the absolute truth of anything, they’re simply my thoughts and it’s ok that you have contrary thoughts or you don’t agree with me, that’s super respectable and I would love to chat with you in the comments about EVERYTHING you think of each one of these books. 😊  In addition, you may see me making at least one book tag per month of what remains of this 2020 and so I hope I can catch up or at least do my best with all the tags that I’ve been nominated for 🌻, I have them all written down, so I won’t forget any unless I’ve already done it. So I hope you like book tags, and that together we have a lot of fun in the coming months with them. 👏🏻

Now without further ado, let’s get started! 😄 Super excited to share my answers with you all ☁️ Read More »

💫 Hi guys, I hope you’re having a WONDERFUL day, today I’m super excited because I bring you a special post since I’ll be part of a series recommendations post/videos for what will be the long-awaited second part of the O.W.Ls., this is a Magical Read-A-Thon called N.E.W.Ts. 😍 If you have already participated in the first part then you know kind of what it’s about, but if you haven’t participated yet, like me lol, and you want to do this second part anyway, that’s AMAZING!, you can do it, no problems. I’m going to leave all the information in a link to the official video of the N.E.W.Ts. announcement on the Book Roast channel 💞, she’s INCREDIBLE, she has created a fantastic system for this read-a-thon, it’s full of interesting things, she has even created several documents explaining everything perfectly where you can get rid of all your doubts, and also you can go to the document where ALL the subjects and promps are, those you should follow according to the career you’ve already chosen. 😊
I’m so bad explaining things, I swear,it’s like a chip in my head turn off every time I try lol, that’s why I don’t want to even try to, it’s a very complex read-a-thon and it’s really well thought out, so please check the link that I leave for you above to get all the information 😅

I’m so excited and happy to participate in something so big in the community, which I feel blessed to belong to, I know that many people will participate and I can’t wait to share some recommendations with you. 💕
As there are many grades and promps, the created has thought that it would be a good idea to separate ourselves by groups according to our Hogwarts Houses, to bring you some recommendations. In my pot, as everyone knows, I’m Hufflepuff 💛, so I’ve had to bring some recs for Care of Magical Creatures, Herbology & Muggles Studies.👏🏻 Each of them has three different promps that you must fulfill in order to achieve your goal. So if you plan or want to take any of those grades, then this is the right place for you!
I’ll be recommending 18 books, I ‘ve decided to do 2 for each promp, so it will be more fun and you’ll also have more options to choose from 👍🏻
I’m SO EXCITED, so without more further ado, let’s start!
I hope you enjoy and can find a book to add to your TBR for this wonderful Read-A-Thon💫

Returning to our post of the day, I was on Pinterest last night and something came to my mind. I was watching these beautiful reading nooks and I thought that I could combine them with a book and create a recommendation post.
The idea of One Cozy Reading Nook & One Book is all about visuals, I’ll show you a beautiful reading nook and based on that picture I’ll recommend a book that would be perfect to enjoy in that place 👍🏻

You’ve probably already noticed this, but I’ve been in the mood to recommend things lately lol, so I thought that this idea was fun to continue recommending some books that I’ve enjoyed a lot. November TBR [2017]

Copia de Copia de SPRINGTIME (2)

Hi babes! I hope you’re having a great day. Today I bring you my TBR of the month of November, where I tell you about the readings that I’ve planned for this month. Can you believe that it’s November!? OMG, the year has gone by so quickly, and I’ve just begun to wonder if if I’ll be able to reach my reading goal of 70 books this year, I’ve 59 books read so I think that although it’s totally possible, it will be difficult, even so, I’ll try!. I’m not too obsessed with the amount of books I read during the year, in fact I think I’ve discovered such an incredible books and I’ve had so much fun with my blog that I’m really fine even if I don’t achieve it. So, going back to our main theme, I plan a November with mixed genres very different from each other, and it’s very exciting for me, I think a varied month is exactly what I need, I plan to read 5 books, I have fantasy, contemporary, mystery, drama and I’ve some interesting ARCs too, so without further ado let’s start!Read More »
