☕️ I’ve been looking for something new and fun to bring to the blog and I’ve seen this challenge everywhere so it really catches my attention, and I’m more than happy and excited to start with this “ABC book challenge”. I’ll be uploading a post every week sharing with you my most memorable titles and the books that are still on my TBR, corresponding to each letter of the alphabet, this time with the letter “O“.
I don’t know who is the original creator of this challenge, so if you know, please let me know in the comments. Personally I’ve seen this challenge/tag in the blogs of Tiana (The Book Raven) and Jacquie (Rattle the Stars), both are adorable people and their blogs are amazing so, please, check them, you’ll not regret it I really hope you enjoy this post series a lot, it’s long so I hope to do my best and my goal with it is that we can all share our thoughts about the books that I’ll show you and as always, have a lot of fun. Without more further ado, let’s start! ☕️Read More »
I’ve been so busy this week, it really sucks, I’m so sorry for not being able to upload as many posts as I usually do, but I know you feel me, I guess we all have this type of week sometimes.
I take advantage of this post to tell you that I’m currently reading Let’s Talk About Love by Claire Kann and I’m enjoying it, the only reason why I haven’t finished it’s because I haven’t had the time, but it’s a really light , fun and honest book. I hope to finish it this weekend and upload a review about it (hopefully)
I hope you’re having a great day. Today I bring you some recommendations from my favorite stand-alone books, there are a lot of them so I’ll be making these recommendations every Friday for the next weeks showing only 5 books in each post to make it more orderly and cause I want to recommend to you all my favs stand-alones for you to get to know them and maybe even you want to add them to your TBR!, that would make me super happy. Besides, who doesn’t want a good stand-alone sometimes, right?.
So excited to make this tag, I was tagged last year by Tiana @ The Book Raven, who is also the CREATOR OF THIS TAG!, so I thank her very much for the tag and I recommend you go visit her blog, it’s so entertaining and pretty. Plus: she’s adorable. So, I know, I’m a little late to the party lol, but I try to catch up with my tags and I recently saw this tag again in the Zezee with Books blog (check it out ASAP!, is amazing, you’ll not regret it ) and this motivated me even more to finally do it, so without further ado let’s start with the fun stuff!Read More »
Hi guys!, I hope you’re having a beautiful day. This December I’ve proposed myself to make several of this type of post, I think it’s fun and sums up well how my reading has been this year. Today I bring you “My Favorite Books of the Year!”, I love to share with you some of the best books I’ve read during 2017. For me, it’s very difficult to add a book to my favorites list, I guess I’m demanding, so not all the books I mention are on that list. But WAIT !, I’m not cheating, they’re all books to which I’ve given 5 stars, which I love and which I would read again …
I don’t know how you manage your rating system, but not all of my 5 star readings fall on my favorites list, I’m quite selective with the books I put on this list, I can love the book and think it’s fantastic and put it a 5 stars, but I have to feel something really special about the book or don’t stop thinking about so that it go into my list of favorites. It’s also not easy for me to give 5 stars, I’m quite demanding in that sense, there are books that I’ve absolutely loved and still have 4.5 stars, but this is just my way of giving my punctuation and I wanted to share it with you, I don’t like it when I see that someone gives 5 stars to all the books, I feel that that person itsn’t subjective or is influenced by the thoughts of others, you know?. With that said, let’s continue …
I’ll show you the book along with its synopsis and its Goodreads link, in case you’re interested and want to check it out. I’ll not write about each one separately because I would probably be forever writing lol, besides I don’t want to sound repetitive and write about how much that I love the book over and over again, you already know that, otherwise, I wouln’t be adding the book to this list. In Summary: I recommend each of these books, YOU HAVE TO READ IT Without further ado, I’m super excited to show you my choices this year, so let’s START!Read More »
Hi everyone guys! I hope you’re very well🙂. Today I bring you a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and The Bookish called Top Ten Tuesday . This week is “Best Books You’ve Read In 2017 So Far” and I love it! I think it will be a great opportunity to share our favorite books. I consider myself a lucky girl this year, because I’ve read so many incredible books !, it will be hard to choose only 10 but I’ll try. The following books aren’t just this year’s releases, but they’re books that I’ve read this year and the order is totally random, so without further ado we’re going to start!
Hi guys! I hope you’re well and have had a great start of the week. Today I bring you my May Wrap Up, where I tell you about my readings of the month, so let’s start.
In this month I had a very ambitious TBR, where I plan to finish a couple of Arcs I owned and other books, in total there were 7 for this month and I’m so happy to tell you that I’ve succeeded !, I’ve been able to reading 7 books ,not all of them were in my tbr , because I’ve changed some, I’ll tell you later which are they have been and why
I’m very proud of myself for the amount I’ve achieved this month, but I am more happy for the quality of my reading, since of 7 books, 6 have been incredible and super recommendable, so without further ado, I’ll show you what I’m talking about, let’s do it !
Seventeen-year-old Flora Banks has no short-term memory. Her mind resets itself several times a day, and has since the age of ten, when the tumor that was removed from Flora’s brain took with it her ability to make new memories. That is, until she kisses Drake, her best friend’s boyfriend, the night before he leaves town. Miraculously, this one memory breaks through Flora’s fractured mind, and sticks. Flora is convinced that Drake is responsible for restoring her memory and making her whole again. So when an encouraging email from Drake suggests she meet him on the other side of the world, Flora knows with certainty that this is the first step toward reclaiming her life.
With little more than the words “be brave” inked into her skin, and written reminders of who she is and why her memory is so limited, Flora sets off on an impossible journey to Svalbard, Norway, the land of the midnight sun, determined to find Drake. But from the moment she arrives in the arctic, nothing is quite as it seems, and Flora must “be brave” if she is ever to learn the truth about herself, and to make it safely home.
Yay! Today I bring my TBR for the month of May, for some reason to plan my tbr excited me alot, it’s like one of my favorite post to do after the reviews, so Yeah!. Well, I hope everyone is having a great week start, here in Argentina is the Worker’s Day so almost everyone is free today, so for me it will be a reading day !, I’m so happy!
I want to tell you that I’m reading Flame in the Mist right now I plan to finish it today and if everything goes as I plan to upload my review tomorrow here on the blog, so wish me luck, I’m really enjoying the book so far.
Turning full on my May TBR, this time I have a somewhat ambitious plan, I want to get to read 7 books at least so I’ll be struggling to achieve it. LET’S GET STARTED!
