Double Book Review | Bright Burning Stars 💫 & The House in the Cerulean Sea 🌊

🌟 Hi bookish family! I hope you’re having the most wonderful day & a GREAT weekend, today I’m more than happy to bring you a double review of my most recent readings. ❤️ You know that I LOVE to share all my opinions with you in the most honest way, and above all, I love that we can exchange opinions respectfully, so don’t hesitate to let me know your thoughts in the comments and we can chat a little about it, I also want to know what you’ve been reading this last week & what books accompany you this weekend!!! 😍
As I was saying, I’ll be reviewing two books, one of them is an ARC provided by the publisher in exchange for an honest review, for which I’m deeply grateful,
in this book we enter the world of a ballet competition and explored its darkest side 🩰 & the other one is my own choice, a book with a lot of hype which I had only heard the most incredible things about, where we meet a super diverse group of characters while we surround ourselves with a magical landscape. 🌅 I think that one of these stories may have been a totally different experience than I expected, while the other exceeded my expectations. 😊
I’m very excited to tell you EVERYTHING about these books! 👏🏻 So without further ado, make yourself comfortable, prepare your favorite drink & let’s get started!

Double Book Review | Beach Read & Felix Ever After ☀️

☀️ Hi, friends, I hope you’re having the most wonderful day! What a blessing to be able to write a post again after a few very busy days! ❤️ You know that writing always connects me with myself and makes me feel at peace, as well as I also really enjoy sharing with you about my readings, so I’m HAPPY & excited to be here today. 😍  Before starting, if you follow me on Twitter you’ll know by now, but I’ve wanted to share with you anyway here, that I’ve opened MY OWN BUSINESS!!  🎉 I’ll be sharing with you a lot about it, I promise, but I wanted to mention it since it’s the project that has been taking all my time right now, and it’s something that I’m very excited about and proud about, so obviously, I want to share the process with you. But today, what brings us here are two highly-popular book reviews, so we’ll focus on them.
On the one hand,
we have a book with a romantic summer theme that involves two very different writers and that ended up being much darker and more intense than I imagined & On the other hand, we have a book with a highly powerful message which I’ve learned a lot from, I adore coming across those kinds of books that have a clear positive and conscientious message. 👏🏻
So very happy to share with you these two reviews, I hope you enjoy them a lot and that maybe you can add new books to your TBR! 🥰 Now without further ado … let’s get started!

🌿 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having the most wonderful day by the hand of the most incredible readings ❤️ Today I’m more than happy to bring you a double review of two incredible sequels that I’ve read this month, and that I also have the pleasure to say have been ARCs. Before starting I want to thank the author & the publisher with my heart who have contacted me to read their works, it has been a pleasure to do so. I’ll be bringing you this type of shorter reviews this month since, as you know, I’m writing a lot this month (NaNoWriMo) so I don’t have time to elaborate as much as always, even so, don’t get me wrong, I touch on all the important points in these reviews and I haven’t left anything to say, I’m just trying to get more to the point and quickly touch on the points that I clearly liked as well as those that I didn’t and so hopefully you can choose one to add to your TBR. 🥰
This time I have a high fantasy sequel with a dark tone that has surprised me & another sequel about superheroes more focused on the sci-fi side, super light, and fun to read. 👏🏻
So without further ado, I hope you enjoy it, you know that I adore sharing my thoughts with you 😊 & LET’S GET STARTED!

Twin sisters Jack and Jill were seventeen when they found their way home and were packed off to Eleanor West’s Home for Wayward Children.

This is the story of what happened first…

Jacqueline was her mother’s perfect daughter—polite and quiet, always dressed as a princess. If her mother was sometimes a little strict, it’s because crafting the perfect daughter takes discipline.

Jillian was her father’s perfect daughter—adventurous, thrill-seeking, and a bit of a tom-boy. He really would have preferred a son, but you work with what you’ve got.

They were five when they learned that grown-ups can’t be trusted.

They were twelve when they walked down the impossible staircase and discovered that the pretense of love can never be enough to prepare you a life filled with magic in a land filled with mad scientists and death and choices
