☕️I’ve been looking for something new and fun to bring to the blog and I’ve seen this challenge everywhere so it really catches my attention, and I’m more than happy and excited to start with this “ABC book challenge”.
I’ll be uploading a post every week sharing with you my most memorable titles and the books that are still on my TBR, corresponding to each letter of the alphabet, this time with the letter “B“.

I don’t know who is the original creator of this challenge, so if you know, please let me know in the comments. Personally I’ve seen this challenge/tag in the blogs of Tiana (The Book Raven) and Jacquie (Rattle the Stars), both are adorable people and their blogs are amazing so, please, check them, you’ll not regret it
I really hope you enjoy this post series a lot, it’s long so I hope to do my best and my goal with it is that we can all share our thoughts about the books that I’ll show you and as always, have a lot of fun.
Without more further ado, let’s start!☕️  Continue reading

Hi guys, I hope you’re having a beautiful day and I hope you’ve had a great Christmas as well, surrounded by your loved ones.
Today I have a list of the books that have most disappointed me this year, this list will count with those books for which I was excited to read but ended up being a disappointment when they didn’t reach my expectations, bored me or were problematic in some way . In addition to the Goodreads link, I also add a direct link to my Review of the book in case you want to know in detail my thoughts about it
Before starting I want to clarify that this post doesn’t intend to offend anyone, it’s just a personal opinion, I know that most of you understand this, but even so, I have to clarify it just in case.
So, without further ado, let’s start! Continue reading

June Wrap Up [2017]

copia-de-copia-de-copia-de-lamington

Hi guys, I hope you’re having a great weekend, today I bring you my June Wrap Up, where I tell you about my readings of the month.
This month I read 6 books, which isn’t bad, I’m happy with the number, I expected to read more but still okay. This month I’ve mixed a variety of different genres in my readings and that has turned out to be refreshing, I have made great progress with my Arcs this month which is great, I’ve had mixed feelings about most of them, but I’ve also found a favorite this month which makes me so happy !.
I’m currently reading Ice Like Fire the second book in the Snow Like Ashes trilogy, and I’m not sure about it, I really thought I’d finish it before the end of the month but it’s taking a long time to get into the story, from what I’m sure,so far, is that it doesn’t be better than the first one, but I’ll still try to continue with it and I’ll tell you
So without further ado we’re going to start! Continue reading

Published: June 1st 2016

By Thomas & Mercer

Genre:  Thriller- Mystery- Crime – ARC- Favorites

Near an isolated mansion lies a beautiful garden.

In this garden grow luscious flowers, shady trees…and a collection of precious “butterflies”—young women who have been kidnapped and intricately tattooed to resemble their namesakes. Overseeing it all is the Gardener, a brutal, twisted man obsessed with capturing and preserving his lovely specimens.

When the garden is discovered, a survivor is brought in for questioning. FBI agents Victor Hanoverian and Brandon Eddison are tasked with piecing together one of the most stomach-churning cases of their careers. But the girl, known only as Maya, proves to be a puzzle herself.

As her story twists and turns, slowly shedding light on life in the Butterfly Garden, Maya reveals old grudges, new saviors, and horrific tales of a man who’d go to any length to hold beauty captive. But the more she shares, the more the agents have to wonder what she’s still hiding…
