All the Books on my Priority List ☀️

☀️ Hi guys, I hope you’re having an incredible day, full of good readings & beautiful moments! ❤️ Today I’m super excited to finally come to share with you my finalized PRIORITY LIST with all the books that I’ll be prioritizing from now on when creating my monthly TBRs. 👏🏻 As you already know, because you’re always there to support all my crazy ideas (I LOVE YOU! 😍 ), I had created, a couple of months ago, a series of posts called “Colorful Bookish Sundays” where I was trying to organize the books in my TBR, each Sunday I shared with you 15 books of different colors of which 5 are high in my TBR, which means that I’m dying to read them and they sound wonderful, but I set myself the challenge of choosing only 2 each Sunday to add to this one that’s my list of priorities and thus begin to read them every month. 😊
I had a lot of fun, I was a little sad that this series has come to an end, but I’m excited about everything that will come, THANK YOU SO MUCH for joining me and supporting my series, it means a lot to me, I also love to be able to chat with you about books, it’s always my main goal.❤️
So now that I’ve finished organizing my TBR,
I’ve been able to create this list that has 20 books which I’ll be, obviously, prioritizing in the coming months. My main goal is to finish reading all of them before adding anything else to this list, I see this as a goal for 2021 and that’s fine, I already have my TBRs quite created for the next 2 months, so I’ll be using this list more for next year, I think it’s a more realistic goal for me.
I’m super excited to share my list with you, you know I want to know everything you think about these books in the comments below, so don’t hesitate to let me know! 🥺 I hope you enjoy the post, that maybe you can find new readings & without further ado, let’s get started!

Colorful Bookish Sundays | Prioritizing Books from my TBR 🍇

☀️ Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a beautiful day, full of good readings & amazing moments. ❤️ Super excited for today’s post, this is a new series of super chill posts that I’ll be bringing you every Sunday! 🥳  These will be our “Colorful Bookish Sundays” and it will be, basically, to organize my priority list, choosing some books from my Goodreads TBR to add to my list which I’ll check every month when creating my monthly TBRs, that way I hope to start reading those books that I’m most excited about, so they don’t end up in my TBR for years as many of them are already doing 😅
You may not know this, but I have a mini book list that I go to when I build my TBR every month, but it’s super outdated and I’ve been wanting to renew it for a while now, so I thought it would be a fun and different idea to do it, and also share with you the process and know your thoughts, which always helps me a lot to make decisions.

I’m looking to give to this post series a fun and relaxed look, so I decided to show you a specific color every Sunday, I LOVE some good beautiful covers and even more when there’s a beautiful color palette in them, so I think it could be interesting organize them by color, chat a little about them, and as always try to organize myself better with my books and my future readings 😍 & you can know what color we’ll play every Sunday based on the icon that will accompany the title, but I’ll also let you know below.

The dynamic will be to show you the selected books and then separate them by categories to finally make a decision of which one/ones will be my choice to add to my list of priorities and obviously, I would love to know what you think about them! 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

I’m SO happy to bring you posts on Sundays again, it seems like a fun idea and hopefully, it will be entertaining for both you and me. 🥺 I hope you like it, I know it sounds weird now and you’re probably thinking “Sofi, what are you doing?” 😂 but I promise I’ll do my best. I LOVE YOU ❤️, thanks for the constant support, it means a lot to me, so now get comfortable, prepare your favorite drink and let’s start! ☀️

2020 Book Releases by Black Authors & Resources to Help and Support ⚡️

⚡️ Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a beautiful day and you’re enjoying your readings.❤️ Today I’ve decided to bring you an extensive list with many 2020 releases of books written by black authors. As a blogger I think it’s my responsibility to use my platform to support and raise the voices of those who need it most right now, I’ve already done this in my wrap up & my social media, but I felt that I could give more and do more, so as my blog is about books, I’ve been collecting many incredible releases that you can enjoy and add to your TBR to somehow put a little of us at this difficult time supporting 100% black authors with their literary projects. I’ve seen that many fellow book bloggers have been doing this and also other types of posts talking about the #BlackLivesMatter movement and I think it’s wonderful, don’t think that because you have little reach or few followers, you’re not helping, on the contrary, it’s our duty as citizens and even more In our places of privilege to raise our voices right now, it’s not time to stay silent, so I invite you to also spread the word and give power to the movement by sharing links on all your social networks, signing petitions, making donations, or as you can, we can all help at this time so please do so. This is a social problem of racism, not a political thing as I’ve been hearing so it’s our duty to really raise the voices of the black community right now. There are no excuses.⚡️ Read More »
