Top 5 | Stop Doing These Things & Be a Stress-free Blogger ๐Ÿ’ป

๐ŸŒŸ Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a wonderful day full of the best readings and the most incredible moments. โค๏ธToday I feel SO SO excited to share this spontaneous post with you, I confess that I had other plans for today, in fact, plans that I’ll not reveal because I’ll be carrying them out later, but hey, this topic came up in my mind very suddenly, and I want to take advantage of this inspirational moment to share with you these 5 key points that have helped me over time to blog stress-free. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Of course, I don’t have the absolute truth on any subject, but I always try to speak to you from my own experience and I hope together we can grow and learn from each other that’s the most important thing, so my comments are open to all of you, so you can also share your experiences and let me know what you think about each point that we’ll touch next. ๐Ÿฅฐ

I know exactly how blogging with stress feels like, and it’s not fun at all. I’ve been blogging for more than 4 years and I’ve gone through all the mind stages, so little by little I’ve been adapting myself and I’ve been going through different facets to which you’re exposed when you are a bloggerย ๐Ÿฅบ, in this case, a book blogger, but I talk about any content from the blogger world in general. This isn’t the first time I’ll talk about blogging and my experience in this regard, it’s the first time that I’ll touch precisely on the subject of stress and I’ll focus on those things that YOU SHOULD NOT DO in order to avoid this state and get into a nicer one to obviously enjoy the experience because, at the end of the day, we all started on this because we have something to say and a lot to share, and then we stay because we’re passionate about it and it makes us happy, so I think blogging is a wonderful tool for expression and I would like to be able to convey to you those things that I should have stopped focusing on to fully enjoy it.ย ๐Ÿ˜
Now without further ado,
I hope you enjoy the post a lot & that it’s somehow useful to you. Thanks for always being there for meย ๐Ÿ’ž and let’s GET STARTED! ๐ŸŒŸย

Double Book Review | Lost in the Never Woods & Watch Over Me ๐ŸŒฒ

๐ŸŒŸ Hi, bookish family! I hope youโ€™re having the most wonderful day; today, Iโ€™m more than happy to bring you a double review of my most recent readings.โค๏ธ I love, and itโ€™s a pleasure to be able to bring you a double review of two darkish & atmospheric books that I pretty much enjoyed, so donโ€™t hesitate to let me know everything in the comments, not only what you think about these books in particular, but also tell me a little about what youโ€™ll be reading this week, itโ€™s always fun to know. ๐Ÿ˜Š
Both books have some aspects in common, and also I have felt similar things for the characters; besides that,
they have a very similar atmosphere, so it seemed to me that it made sense to bring them together to talk a little about them. ๐ŸŒฒ Plus, both books are hard-hitting and touch on sensitive topics of trauma, mourning, and healing and growth. ๐ŸŒŸ

May Wrap Up & June TBR | My First Readathon of the Year, LGBTQ+ Books & Trying to Avoid a Reading Slump ๐Ÿ‚

๐Ÿ‚ Hi, guys! I hope youโ€™re having a wonderful day filled with the best readings & obviously, I hope you all had a beautiful past month! โค๏ธ Today Iโ€™ve returned with one of my favorite posts to share with you my Wrap Up of the month, where I tell you all about what Iโ€™ve read during the month of May, plus: What I’m going to read in the month of June!. ๐Ÿฅฐ Where has this month gone, guys? I feel like yesterday was the day I uploaded my previous Wrap Up and TBR, it’s crazy how fast this year is going by, really WOW, we have to know how to enjoy each day to the fullest. So I don’t have much to tell you about this month, I think that more than anything the things that are happening in my country have impacted me a bit, in general, I’m very positive about the world even though I’m also very aware of everything happening, I always try to put the best face to the situation, but this time it has touched me a little more since my country has returned to Phase one, I’m from Argentina, for those who don’t know yet, so, yeah, everything has returned to Phase one and having a commercial business right now is a new challenge that I’m facing ๐Ÿ˜”, but I know that soon we’ll come out of this all together and stronger, I always have a lot of faith and I hope that the new restrictions are for the better. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

In the midst of all this that’s happening out in the world, I’ve been trying to read, but again I feel I haven’t read as much as I would have liked, even so, I’m happy because I know that I always give my best and I’m at this stage where I allow myself to rest and focus more on myself and it’s also important to remind ourselves that putting ourselves first is essential ๐Ÿ’ž, but I do want to share with you that by the end of the month I’ve been able to achieve a very good balance between blogging, reading and working, so I’m super happy on that side because they’re those little achievements that I always talk to you about and that mean a lot. ๐Ÿ˜„

I have very exciting plans for the month of June, I feel optimistic that I’ll be able to achieve each of my goals this time, so I’m dying to share a little with you. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป On the one hand, I’ve already thought of some blog posts, there’s a discussion one that has me super excited, where we’ll talk super honestly about blogging and our personal projects, but I also wanted to do something fun and original with respect to my list posts and recommendations, plus: maybe some book tags finally lol. On the other hand, I’ll be participating in the #LGBTQMonth which is a readathon hosting by Ross from Royal Bookshelf, he has created a super fun board to follow, where the main goal is, of course, to read books with characters or authors belonging to the LGBT+ community, so if you want to check it out, you should do it! you still have time to participate since this readathon lasts the whole month of June. ๐ŸŒˆ This has me super excited, I’ve already planned an amazing and diverse stack that I’ll be sharing with you below. I was also looking forward to some readathon this month as I’ve been feeling a bit slumpy, so I think it can be an entertaining way to get back to my reading rhythm and stay on track. ๐Ÿ˜Š I also thought that it would be a good idea to re-read a favorite, so even though I’ll not be putting here the books that I possibly want to re-read, I’ll keep it in mind if I need it during the month and I’ll share it with you too, you know re-reading is for me THE PERFECT WAY to get out of a reading slump, so without a doubt it’s a possibility for me. ๐ŸŒŸ

You Got This Just Do It GIF by Rosanna Pansino

As for my readings of the month, I’ve read 4 books, which is quite avarenge, not bad, and I’m glad to see that I’m always quite varied in terms of genres and even formats, so I like that cause allows me to share different aspects of each book with you & I’ve also enjoyed all of them which is always something to celebrate!!! ๐Ÿฅณ Before starting with the post I want to thank you very deeply for the support and love in each comment and of course with each like and visit as in each shared post. ๐Ÿฅบ I appreciate so much that you’re there for me each month and I hope to be giving you back a little of the same, I LOVE YOU, you’re wonderful & without further ado, we all have a wonderful month ahead of us, so let’s start planning it together!!! LET’S GO!!! ๐Ÿ‚

Book Bloggers Appreciation | May 2021 ๐Ÿ’ป

ย ๐Ÿ’ซย Hi, my beautiful friends, I hope youโ€™re having the most amazing day.ย โค๏ธย This is a blog post series Iโ€™ve been doing all of 2020 and Iโ€™m doing it again during 2021, because I just love it, andย itโ€™s all about highlighting a series of blog posts from around the book blogger community, that I enjoyed reading or that I think are amazing and deserve more love and recognition. With this, I hope to be able to somehow support other book bloggers on a monthly basis, and I also hope you can find new book blogs to follow or content that interests you or help you.
Maybe the look of this post will be simpler to what you usually see on the blog, but I like this idea and itโ€™s honestly with the simple purpose of supporting each other more and we can find new content in a simple and organized way.
I donโ€™t have a certain amount to Iโ€™m highlighting per month, theyโ€™re just posts Iโ€™ve come across with and I think theyโ€™re INCREDIBLE, so I want to share them with you all.ย ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป I used to make a small top 5 with my favorite posts of the month, but I realized that I had to delete many posts to be able to select only 5, and I donโ€™t think itโ€™s fair, there are SO many wonderful posts and everyone deserves the same love and recognition, so thatโ€™s why I decided to make this postย apart

Book Recommendations | Books with Weird & Unusual Plots ๐ŸŒ˜

๐ŸŒ˜ Hi, friends! I hope you’re having a wonderful day, full of the best readings.โค๏ธ Today I’m super excited because I bring you a post that I’ve been wanting to do for a couple of weeks, I thought it would be fun to share with you my favorite books with the strangest and most peculiar plots. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป  If you follow my blog for a while you already know that I adore rare books that come out of the box and dare to do something new and innovative with their plots, especially I LOVE when mundane or everyday life is mixed with paranormal, strange elements, or magic, as well as I love plots that focus a little on giving life to their characters and settings, taking the time to develop them in an atmospheric and addictive way, but never leaving aside that strange and kind of dark vibe that pushes you to keep reading to know what will happen. ๐Ÿ˜  These are the types of books that are 100% for me, that’s why in this post I wanted to bring them all here together to share them with you.

I know that this type of book will not be for everyone, and that’s fine, I like to bring you particular and different things so that we can also share our experiences and thoughts, so if it isn’t for you, that’s super valid too, let me know all in the comments.ย ๐Ÿ˜Š So, as I was saying, this time it will be all about atmospheric, dark, and kind of twisted books at times, without a doubt, they all have the same characteristic that they’re all dark and involve a bit of the horror genre at times in different measures.ย ๐ŸŒฒ But they’re all highly addictive books with unexpected twists and gripping mysterious plots, so I highly recommend them if these are factors that resonate with you.ย ๐ŸŒŸย
In addition,
I’ve also decided to include some books with these characteristics that I haven’t read yet, but they’re in my TBR so you can have more options and also add them to your TBR if you want.
So without further ado, I hope you enjoy this post very much, have an entertaining moment & LET’S GET STARTED!

Mini-Reviews | 2 Great ARCs & 2 Spooky Amazing Stories ๐ŸŒ™

๐ŸŒ™  Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a beautiful day, it makes me SO happy to come back with another post this month, since I’ve had super busy days, so I’ll celebrate each post that I upload and give it the value it deserves, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do by writing them.โค๏ธ Today I decided to bring you a post with 4 mini-reviews of books that I’ve read in the previous months and I haven’t had time to review before, so I thought it was fun to create a single post where I highlight them and give them the attention they deserve, but It’s also obviously a good way to catch up with them and bring you all my thoughts. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
Of course, even though these reviews aren’t as extensive as my regular reviews tend to be, didn’t mean I haven’t touched on every important point, in fact the only difference is that in these reviews I go straight to the point when talking about every aspect of them, cause you know I like to ramble sometimes so I hope it really is something that helps you to know a little about these books, but also that you can get each idea and thought that I want to transmit here.

I wanted to thank you as I always try to do, for the love and support that you continue to give me and to the blog in these moments when I can no longer be so active, that always makes me feel super happy and also gives me that encouragement to want to return to write, which you know I love to do with all my heart. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU because also the blog has officially reached 6k followers! ๐Ÿฅณ It’s crazy, it seems like yesterday when I just started posting and it was a disaster (LOL) but even so, I always had so much fun, this space means a lot to me for all the beautiful people I’ve met but also because it is a very special way of expression for me. ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Returning to where we were, Today I’ll share with you my thoughts about these 4 great books, I’ve really liked all of them, so I can’t wait to share with you, and maybe you decide to add some to your TBR to give them a chance in the future.ย ๐Ÿ˜ Obviously, super grateful to the publishers and NetGalley for the possibility to read the following ARCs. The books I’ll talk about next are The Last Secret You’ll Ever Keep by Laurie Faria Stolarz, The Helm of Midnight (The Five Penalties, # 1) by Marina J. Lostetter, Bridge of Souls (Cassidy Blake, # 3 ) by Victoria Schwab & Horrid by Katrina Leno. ๐Ÿ“

April Wrap Up & May TBR | Getting Back into Reading | More 5-star Predictions, Exciting ARCs & Intense Storylines ๐Ÿ‚

๐Ÿ‚ Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a wonderful day filled with the best readings & obviously, I hope you all had a beautiful past month! โค๏ธ Today I’ve returned with one of my favorite posts to share with you my Wrap Up of the month, where I tell you all about what I’ve read during the month of April. April was a very positive month for me in terms of reading, I’m more than happy to tell you that I FINALLY started to accommodate my schedules a little better to actually be able to READ, so that has me extremely pleased.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป On the other hand, I still have to learn to manage my times to be able to bring you more content, or at least other types of posts, I don’t want to fall into always bringing you the same things, you know? ๐Ÿ’ป So I’m working on it, but still super grateful to be able to continue maintaining this space that I love so much, and have your support that simply means the world to me, so thank you, friends! ๐Ÿฅบ

In other news, my business is doing very well luckily so that’s always something to celebrate, and also I’m super excited because there’s almost nothing left for the 6k followers on the blog! likeโ€ฆWHAT!!! ๐ŸŽ‰ I can’t believe it, I don’t deserve you, I’ve been blessed with all of you, it makes me happy that there are still people who want to be part of this small family, I love you so much!! ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ So, well enough fangirling over you all for a second lol cause, I also want to share with you that I’ve started to watch Anime for the first time in my life, my brothers are obsessed, so they insisted that I should try so here I am, I finally did it and I’m really enjoying the experience, so let’s see how that go.๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป Also I started watching Doctor Who again because I have no control I love that series, so I started watching it from scratch and it’s ALL I need. โ˜„๏ธ PS: I’m watching SHADOW & BONE! ๐ŸฆŒ And loving it, my heart cannot with the perfection of the characters, I haven’t finished it yet, so I’ll tell you more once I do it, for now, I want to say that it’s an excellent job what they’ve done with this adaptation, I’m loving it. ๐Ÿ˜

Now having shared a little with you about what I’ve been doing in April, I want to tell you my plans for the month of May, which aren’t really many, is mainly to upload a little more content to the blog ๐Ÿ”ฅ, but I wouldn’t like to slow down my pace of reading so I’ll be focusing a lot on that, plus I’ll keep checking blogs and supporting your content, so expect to see a bit of me on your blog if you have one during this month too. โœจ

Love GIF by Chibird

Now, we go directly to what concerns us today, HAVE I READ SOMETHING DURING THE MONTH OF APRIL? YES, I have read! *celebration dance* ๐Ÿ’ƒ I’ve read 5 books, and I know it doesn’t sound like much compared to other bookish people, but it has been a great achievement for me coming from quite busy months, I finally feel that during the last two months I’ve been able to go back a little to my normality by reading a little more ๐Ÿ˜Š and also, always super positive, I’ve enjoyed each of my readings this month, which is incredible, not only that, but I really don’t think I’ve read a single bad book this month, so that’s great, really.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป I’ve read a couple of spooky books with dark themes, and more intense atmospheres, but on the other hand, I’ve also given the chance to a super light reading that has surprised me for good. I read all my ARCs of the month (YAY!), I’ve also finished a series that I adore, and finally, I’ve read one of my 5-star predictions, which I’ll tell you more about below (I still plan to make a separate post about my 5 stars predictions for being more specific about it) ๐Ÿฅฐ Super excited to share with you my thoughts about all these books, I know that there are many reviews that I still have to write, but I promise that it’s something I will do soon, I’m thinking of a new format of quick reviews to be able to get up to date, but always as the main point to give you as much info as possible and all my thoughts. Thanks again, for EVERYTHING! I LOVE you and I wish you only happiness ๐Ÿ˜˜, now without further ado, because Sofi LOVES to talk apparently, lol โ€ฆ LET’S START!! ๐Ÿ‚
