Spooky Season Post #5 | 25+ Young Adult Horror: 2021 Book Releases 🌙

🌙 Hi bookish friends, how are you? I hope you’re doing great, having a day full of the best reading. 🖤 Today I bring you another of my spooky season posts where we’ll be exploring in depth my most anticipated releases in the young adult horror genre for this 2021. 🔥 Following with the thread of all these posts of the month, these will be books that are mainly within the horror genre or maybe there are some exceptions of subcategories within this genre, but in general they’re all books focused on spooky themes, creepy atmospheres, disturbing plots and questionable characters. 🎃
As always, I hope you can find in this list some new books to add to your TBR or some new authors that maybe you haven’t read yet and are interested in doing so.
 🙌🏻

The following books aren’t categorized under any specific order, I just searched for all of them and I’ll put them randomly below, of course, all of them are this year’s releases and you’ll also have the synopsis for more information, anyway if you want to know the exact date or add it to your TBR I’ll leave you a direct link to Goodreads, as always. 😊
As I know this isn’t a genre that resonates with all of you, I’ve organized a series of lists where you may find other subcategories or genres to enjoy during this season, such as middle-grade books or mystery/thrillers. 🌲 Here’s the list of all the posts in case you want to check them out as well!
: Spooky Season Post #1 | 31 Young Adult Horror Books to Keep You Up at Night | Spooky Season Post #2 | Middle-Grade Spooky Books! 20 Scary Titles, plus: 2021 New Releases | Spooky Season Post #3 | Adult Horror Books! The Creepiest Books to Read With the Lights Off, plus: 2021 New Releases & Spooky Season Post #4 | Mystery/Thriller Book List: My Favorites, On My TBR & 2021 New Releases!.

A small clarification before I continue is that obviously I’ll not be adding all the books within the young adult horror genre that have come out this year, but those that I was looking forward to the most or that I’m looking forward to the most. Maybe in this way you can find some you haven’t heard of yet. 😍
Of course, you’re more than welcome to comment below with all your thoughts about these books, about horror in general or about what you are reading right now, whatever, I love to chat with you!
Thank you so much for supporting this series throughout the month and being there during each post, you guys are EVERYTHING! 🥰
Now yes, without further ado, I hope you enjoy the post, and let’s get started!

Spooky Season Post #4 | Mystery/Thriller Book List: My Favorites, On My TBR & 2021 New Releases! 🧐

🧐 Hi guys, I hope you’re having a wonderful day full of the best and most spooky reading! 🖤 As promised, today I bring you one of my favorite genres to continue celebrating this horror season by exploring beyond the horror genre itself, because I truly think that a good atmospheric and intriguing mystery/thriller book can be just as spooky as scary books. 👻 So, clearly, today I bring you a list where I’ve decided to compile several categories within the mystery/thriller and suspense genre, where I’ll be sharing with you some of my favorite books within the genre, others that intrigue me a lot and therefore are part of my TBR, and, on the other hand, as I always like to do, I’ll be sharing another mini-list with the most intriguing 2021 new releases within the genre! 🙌🏻

I hope you can enjoy this post as much as the others, I know that horror genre itself can be a bit intimidating for some readers, and that’s fine, so I think exploring other genres is also super valid for all of us to enjoy this season 🕸. I also want to encourage you to explore a little bit about the authors of the new releases to support them, so as always I’ll be including links so you can add them to your TBR faster, as well as some reviews for those books I’ve already read. 😊
Of course, I’ll be more than happy for you to comment below with your thoughts on this post and the series we’re doing on the blog, I’d love to see what you’re thinking and of course, ready to add lots of books to my TBR so feel free to leave me your favorite titles as well.  🌲

Again, thanks for the support and love, you’re wonderful, I’ve been trying to be more consistent visiting as many blogs as I can because I honestly love to support you and be there for you too. 🥰
I hope you enjoy the post a lot, that you can find new reads to enjoy, get comfortable, make yourself a coffee or a tea or whatever you love to drink, and get ready because we have a lot of books coming up!☕️ Now yes, let’s get started! 🧐

Spooky Season Post #3 | Adult Horror Books! The Creepiest Books to Read With the Lights Off, plus: 2021 New Releases 💀

💀 Hi, friends! How are you today? In today’s post, as in the previous ones,
I’ll be sharing in no particular order 20 books that I have recompiled within the adult horror genre 🔥, this as always will be divided into two categories, on the one hand, I have books that I recommend for this season because I have mostly heard the most amazing things about them☠️ , and on the other hand, a second part below, with the new releases of this 2021 within the same genre☠️ . This way I hope you can have a more varied list of books to choose from to add to your spooky TBR and maybe read during this season. Of course, I also hope that this is a positive way to promote the realeses of these books and their authors.

I know that for many of you this horror genre isn’t your favorite thing, but don’t worry because I have a post coming up full of mystery for you to enjoy as well 🙌🏻 , but also I can’t stop recommending you my previous posts to check out: Spooky Season Post #1 | 31 Young Adult Horror Books to Keep You Up at Night & Spooky Season Post #2 | Middle-Grade Spooky Books! 20 Scary Titles. 👻

Double Book Review | There’s Someone Inside Your House & The Taking of Jake Livingston 🌪

🌪 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having an amazing day, full of the best readings!❤️ Today I bring you a double review of the books I’ve been reading recently. 😊 Of course, these books will be spooky editions during this month, so you can find everything I’ll be trying to read during the month of October on my TBR. 🕯 But today we’ll focus on these two stories, on one side we have: There’s Someone Inside Your House, a book where we follow a killer who’s murdering students, but not without stalking them first from inside their own homes, and a group of guys trying to figure out what connects the victims, and who’s behind the killing 🔪 & on the other side: The Taking of Jake Livingston, where we follow a young man who can see and feel the world of the dead, and while trying to survive in a racist society he’ll face a completely different struggle with a spirit who wants revenge. 👻
I hope you enjoy both reviews very much, you know I love to know what you think, so feel free to let me know all about it in the comments! 🥰 Now yes, make yourself comfortable, and LET’S GET STARTED!

Spooky Season Post #2 | Middle-Grade Spooky Books! 20 Scary Titles, plus: 2021 New Releases 🎃

🎃 Hi, bookish friends! I hope you’re all having a wonderful day full of the best spooky reading! 🖤 Another day of October and another spooky post to enjoy the season of horror! This time I’m super excited to bring you 20 intriguing, atmospheric, and somewhat spooky titles belowing to the Middle Grade genre. 🌙 In this second post, in this month’s series of spooky posts, I want to share with you books, as I already mentioned, within the Middle Grade genre, but always focusing on the scariest titles. 🦇 Of course, within this genre you won’t find such dark atmospheres or such disturbing king od stories, as there are in more adult genres, but of course I wanted to share these stories with you anyway because I think if you’re not a big fan of being scared or if all this horror stuff isn’t that much for you, I think with these books you can feel a little bit more comfortable but you can also enjoy a little bit of Halloween vibes without being too extreme.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Another plus, besides the fact that I love reading this genre, is that I find that all these books have something in common, and that’s that they don’t have SO MANY pages, that itself, combined with the lightness of the genre, I think it will give you a super entertaining quick reading experience for this season. 😊 Books I’m sure you can read in a couple of sittings, which is great for when you want to get into the spirit of celebration, but don’t have a lot of time.

That being said, in today’s post I haven’t only decided to compile a list of those 10 titles that I think stand out for this season, but I’ve also added 10 more Miggle Grade titles released this 2021!💀 It seemed like a good opportunity to promote these new releases that sound really spooky and entertaining. 😍
I hope you enjoy today’s post, that you find lots of titles to to add to your TBR & obviously, that you let me know everything in the comments, don’t be shy, you know I love talking to you!
Thank you SO much for the support you give to this series 🥺, I love doing it, so without further ado LET’S BEGIN!

Spooky Season Post #1 | 31 Young Adult Horror Books to Keep You Up at Night 🕯️

🕯️ Hi, bookish friends! I hope you’re all having a wonderful day full of the best spooky reading! 🖤 Today I’m super excited to share with you the first post of a new series where we’ll have various bookish content all related to horror season, and Halloween in general 🕷, but don’t worry because if you’re not that into spooky and this crrepy vibe isn’t for you because I’ve got you covered too, so I’ll be trying to create posts that can be enjoyable for everyone, no matter what. 🙌🏻 I hope you’re as much excited as I am, because as you know, I LOVE horror season 😍, even though in Argentina it’s not something we celebrate, I celebrate it on my own with many creepy books, movies and series, so I hope this year I can share this season with all of you. So, I invite you to stick around for this post series to not only share halloween-y books, but also exchange opinions to make it more fun! 😊

In this first post to open this series I wanted to bring you a bunch of Young Adult Horror books for you to enjoy during this season, so I thought a list of 31 books would be more than perfect! 🎃 Some things I tried to keep in mind when compiling this list are: first, that 🌕 this books aren’t this year’s releases, as I’ll have a separate post for that specifically, and second, that 🌕 the specific genre is “horror” and not “suspense”, “thrillers” or “mysteries”. Obviously there’s nothing wrong with those genres, I love them and they’re perfect to read during this time due to their dark atmospheres, but I wanted in this list to focus 100% on horror as the main genre. 👍🏻 if you’re interested in seeing a list with the other genres as well, I’ll be more than happy to do it separately without any problems. 🥰

I don’t want to make this introduction too long, as we have a long way to go, so without further ado, I hope you enjoy this October content in general in the blog 🕸, that you like this post, that you can find new titles to add to your TBR & obviously, I invite you to share all your thoughts about these books with me in the comments. 😘 Now yes, LET’S GET STARTED! 🕯

‼️ All books will have a direct link to Goodreads in case you want to add them.

September Wrap Up (or something like that) & October TBR | I’M BACK! Lots of Blogging Plans & a Huge Spooky Pile of Books for Horror Month 🌙🕯️

🌙 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a wonderful day filled with the best readings & obviously, I hope you all had a beautiful past month! ❤️ Today I’ve returned with one of my favorite posts to share with you my Wrap Up of the month, where I tell you all about what I’ve read during the month of September, plus: What I’m going to read in the month of October!. I’m back babies! I’ve missed you SO MUCH 🥺, and I’m super excited to be back after these two super necessary weeks off, where I’ve taken a total break from all kinds of social media and even of my own phone, I know that doing this always recharges me to come back to my routine a little more positive and with better energy.⚡️ So obviously, I hope you all have had the best weeks and overall a great September, which by the way, where did it go? it has flown by for me! Feel free to share with me everything you’ve been doing & reading during the month, I’m really dying to know and chat with you about it. 🥰
I don’t want to bore you with facts about my personal life so I’ll be brief, I’ve been basically visiting family, and since most of them live in rural areas or far away in the countryside, I’ve been in contact with nature which I love 🌳 & on the other hand, I’ve made a really important and huge
purchase together with my boyfriend, and I’m very excited to tell you about it, and that’s that I’ve bought my first PC GAMER!!!!
 😭
😭  I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this ever here, but I love playing videogames, so I’m super excited to finally have a better setting where to play and spend time, also obviously this computer is like a thousand times better than my laptop, so I can possibly generate more content for the blog, since it works faster and has a better system, so it’s something super positive and a treat that we deserved to have in our lives.

As for reading I’m sorry to tell you that I’ll have to disappoint you a bit because I haven’t read anything these past weeks 😕, I haven’t really had the chance and have decided to just take a reading break as well, but I did read one book before I left, and I liked it, and I’m in the middle of a reread which I’ll tell you more about it later. 👍🏻 Having a book blog and saying you didn’t read always feels a little embarrassing, but it’s also nice because I’m glad I can admit when I don’t feel like reading and tell you guys it’s ok if that happens to you too, we’re human and sometimes we can’t do everything, right? 💞 But all this has a bright side because now I feel ready to read, read and read this October which, if you follow the blog for a while you already know is my favorite month to read spooky books, actually it’s more like an excuse where I have a reason to read them because I LOVE those kind of horror genres, or dark plots, and all that cool stuff! 👻 👻 👻
Sometimes I hate that I have to live in this hemisphere because it’s spring, and it doesn’t fit at all with what creepy season represents but well, I’ll work with what I have like every year 😂, I’ll read creepy stuff surrounded by flowers, and that’s fine with me!
🌺

As I always like to do, I want to take a little paragraph to thank you guys for the love and support you always have for me and the blog, you know that this space is more than important to me and having you in every post there for me means the world, these connections that we create will always be in my heart and to think that I am at least a small part of someone’s life out there feels beautiful. Thank you SO SO much for these almost 5 years living this experience with me. 😍

you're awesome GIF by Kevin Ross

A little preview of what I want to do for the blog this month 😊, is that besides all the spooky themed posts, which will have among them recommendations and tops, I’ll also be introducing a new much more relaxed section where we’ll talk about books (I mean… unexpected.) and I also have a super fun but creppy post in mind that will involve over 30 books!!!  🙌🏻
I hope you decide to stay and share this month with me and I hope you enjoy today’s post, where of course,
I’ll be sharing more than anything a huge stack with those possible books I’ll be reading in October, all of them or at least most of them, with dark themes, of course! 🌘 Now without further ado, make yourself something nice to drink and let’s get started! 🌙

5 Popular Authors I Haven’t Read Yet 👓

👓 Hi, bookish friends! How are you? I hope you’re having a wonderful day, full of the best reading.❤️ Today I’m super excited to bring you what will be my last post for a few weeks, since as I’ve told you before, I’ll be taking a couple of weeks off starting Monday, but I still wanted to bring you one more post before then to have fun and share together. 😊 So I decided to bring you today a mini list where I’ll share with you 5 of those popular authors I haven’t read yet (but, want to). I think that besides the fact that I love sharing this kind of stuff here on the blog, it will also be a super useful way for me to remember how much I really want to read these authors’ books, because I know they’re all super talented and I’ve heard the best things. I also think it’s great to have the chance to share with you these authors so we can exchange opinions. I would love to know if you’ve read any of them and how you feel about their work, what are your faves, etc. I think it’s a good and interesting topic for discussion. 🥰

My plan today is to mention each author in no specific order and also to share with you some points as to why I’m interested in reading these authors. 👏🏻 I really have no reason not to have read them yet, that’s why I won’t talk extensively about that, since there’s not much to say, but I wanted to make it a bit more interactive, so I’ll share, as I said, some positive points why they’re still on my TBR. 😍 On the other hand, I’ll also be sharing the books, of each respective authors, that are on my TBR, so you can leave me your opinion about them and let me know what you think.
I hope it’s something entertaining to read, and if you’d like to do it on your own blog, please do! I’d love to see other readers’ choices as well. 🌟

I hope you enjoy it, thanks for always being there to support me and the blog, I deeply appreciate it! See you soon when I get back from my weeks off with more content and new challenges. I love you all!!! 💞 & without further ado, let’s get started! 👓

‼️ PS: I have a review on the calendar that I’ll be uploading on September 15th, so I hope you enjoy that once it’s posted.
