Top 10 | 5-Stars Worthy Magical & Paranormal Books 🌙

 🌙 Hi, bookish friends! How are you today? I hope you’re having a wonderful day, and are enjoying the best reads.❤️ Today I’m super excited and happy to bring you the third part of this top 10 series I’ve been doing for a few months now, and I’m more than happy to continue this series, ending for now with what will be my top 10 books of magical realism, magical touches in general and some paranormal tones as well, books that, of course, I think are 5 stars worthy. 👏🏻👏🏻 If you’re interested in knowing a bit about the other previous posts, I’ll leave them right here so you can take a look at them: on one side we have, 5-Stars Worthy Contemporary Books & on the other side, 5-Stars Worthy High-Fantasy Books.
You may have already noticed that it wasn’t easy for me to give a specific title to this top because it makes more sense in my head than when I explain it for some reason 😅, but I hope it makes sense to you. What I wanted to do, in general, is to put in this top all those books that despite having fantasy touches none of them fit in the category of high-fantasy, and on the other hand, I also have books here that are contemporary but with strong touches of magic-realism, magic in general or that have some darker and paranormal aspect or out of the ordinary, you know? 🌟 I know it sounds complicated, but I swear it will make sense once you see them all together, as I think they fit perfectly into this rare but magical category, which I must also confess that has some of my favorite books, so I’m super excited to share the list with you. 😊

Top 10 | 5-Stars Worthy High-Fantasy Books ⚔️

⚔️ Hi, bookish family! how are you? hope you’re well, having a wonderful day and an even better week surrounded by the best reading.❤️ I’m SO excited and happy to bring you a new Top after quite a while, but this time also an extended Top with 10 books that besides blindly recommending, I think are worth the 5 stars. 😍 This would be practically the second part of a post I did earlier this year, which you can check out RIGHT HERE, where I share with you my Top 10: 5 Stars-Worthy Contemporary Books; post that I know you liked a lot and that makes me very happy 🥺, so I knew I needed to bring you the second part this time obviously, as I already mentioned, focusing on High-Fantasy books as such. The books I’ll mention below are books I obviously love with all my heart, they’re full of action and adventure, where these unique characters will have to take challenging paths and make difficult decisions to grow and achieve all their goals. All of this obviously takes place in 100% fantasy worlds where anything is possible from magic to monstrous beings, and from fantastical creatures to impossible and dark realms 🏰. Each one of them is unique and different, each one of them stands out in something for me and that’s why I decided to include them here, but I also wanted to include my reviews in case you want to check them out to know a little more in-depth my thoughts about each one of them. 🌟
Later on, I’m excited to maybe do a third part with books that I couldn’t include this time 😄, mostly because I feel they don’t really fit into the high-fantasy genre, but rather are contemporary stories with touches of fantasy, magic-realism, and paranormal, so soon I’ll be doing something similar with those books because it pained me to have to choose only 10 for this opportunity, so we’ll be doing more of these fun posts.

Top 10 | 5 Stars-Worthy Contemporary Books 🌺

I want to know what you’re currently reading, actually, so let me know below in the comments.❤️ Today I’m super excited about this post because I haven’t brought you a recommendation list in a while, and I LOVE to do it, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. 🙌🏻 This time I’m focused on contemporary books either within the YA or Adult genre, specifically those that under my point of view are the most faithful to the contemporary genre itself, this means that I’ll leave out those titles that play a little with paranormal aspects or with magic because even when I LOVE those books, I wanted to focus on the genre as such, but of course, I’ll be bringing you more lists in the future, so that we can talk a little more about other genres and mixtures of them. 😍  The important thing and what I want to highlight from this list is that they’re, for me, all books that are worth the 5 stars, what do I mean by this? That they’re just WONDERFUL books, that either because they’re so unique due to their plot or characters, managed to touch my heart and stay with me throughout time. All these books mean a lot to me, they’ve managed to transmit me from happiness to sadness in the most real and even beautiful ways, that’s why I want to recommend them today with the hope that you may decide to read them at some point because I KNOW you’ll love them. 🥰 I also thought it fun to make a list with books that I think would be incredible for your beginning of the year, since they’re SUPER outstanding books for me, they would be incredible first readings for this 2021, cause what better way to start a new year that with books that can be 5 stars, right?  👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

Top 10 | 2021 Latinx Book Releases 🌾

 🌾 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having the most wonderful day, surrounded by the best readings and the most beautiful moments.❤️ I’m SO excited to bring you today’s post, where I’ll share with you 10 of the most exciting releases (for me) of this 2021 of books written by Latinx authors. 😍 You know that I’ve been thinking a lot, as I already mentioned in my 2021 Goals post, about giving higher priority to books with diversity, which although I think I’ve done last year, I could still do better. And with this thought, I not only mean to read this type of book but also to talk more about them on the blog, and give them the prominence that they well deserve, both to the books and to their authors. That’s why I’ve decided to write this post, because where to start but from my own roots, right? As many of you already know I’m 100% Latina, so I want to focus much more on Latinx authors, so I’ve done a little research and I’m here today with 10 books that I’m most excited to read this year or at least I know I’ll be buying ALL these books, they sound really wonderful.  👏🏻 👏🏻
I’ve tried to include in this list not only contemporary books because I know that there are usually a lot more of that genre, but also we have a bit of paranormal touch that I LOVE & a bit of fantasy too. I hope, as usual, can give you a list as diverse as possible so you can choose the book that’s best for you and that resonates with you the most to add to your own TBR 🥰

Top 10 | Books that Made me Feel Emotional 💧

 💧 Hi, guys, I hope you’re having the most wonderful day, full of good readings and precious moments.❤️ Today I’m super excited because I come with a new TOP 10 and it has been a long time since I made one so, YAY! You already know that you can take this type of tops as recommendations too because they’re books that I love deeply and I’m always recommending, so I would be more than happy if you added them to your TBR. 😍
So, as I was saying, this time I bring you a top 10 where I’ll share with you all those books that when reading them made me feel many emotions, from that happy feeling in my belly to that sad feeling that breaks your heart, but in any case, are wonderful stories that I have no doubts will touch your soul and will make you feel MANY things. 😭
I was inspired to do this post because recently in a book tag I mentioned that I loved books that made me cry, and I thought it would be an unpopular opinion, but it ended up being a surprise to me because many of you mentioned that you also love books that make you feel emotional in a sad way, but at the same time, it makes you feel more connected with the story and you can put yourself in the characters’ shoes, you know? it’s a beautiful feeling. With some of these books I’ve cried, of course, but with all of them I’ve felt that feeling of WOW, it broke my heart but in the best way, if there’s such a thing 😂

Top 10 | Possible Spooky TBR… Isn’t it Halloween already? 🌒

🌒 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having the most wonderful day, surrounded by AMAZING readings.❤️ Today I’m more than excited because as you’ll see from the title I’ll be sharing with you the most spooky books of my TBR, that could become possible readings for Halloween season in October! I know you’re probably thinking “Sofi, it’s August, are you okay?” lol and YES, I KNOW! 😅 But I couldn’t stop thinking about how much I want to read that kind of spooky, creepy, atmospherically engaging plotline. So I thought, even though it’s August and October is still a little while away, it would be fun to gather my possible readings for Halloween and, by the way, know your opinions on each book on my list and thus be able to create a scary stack to read in the future. 😍  Also, of course, I’d love to hear your spooky recommendations for me, as I’m ready to add them all to my TBR.

When I have in mind reading something spooky in general I think of a spooky atmosphere that keeps you on the edge of the seat wanting to know what will happen, I also love anything that has to do with witches, it’s my jam & of course, weird and dark plots. So you’ll find a bit of all of that on my list today.  😊

OMG, I still can’t really believe the blog reach the amount of 5000 followers 🥳, it’s SO awesome to think that there are 5000 wonderful people who have trusted me to entertain them and I hope I’m giving enough of myself to all of you. Each person who decides to trust me and my work with my blog means the world to me and only empowers me to improve every day to bring you only the best and always looking for this to be a place of love and harmony where we can share our love for reading, but also where you can be 100% honest without fear and without reservations because here there’s only positivity and acceptance. 🥰  I LOVE YOU from the bottom my heart, I’m very blessed by the fact of living every day enjoying this experience of being a book blogger and all the good that comes with it, I’ve met wonderful people and you know that you’re one of them, I’ve discovered incredible new reading and I’ve grown as a person and as a reader a lot. To 10 | Most Intimidating Books On my TBR 🌵

🌵 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having the most wonderful day and an incredible half week.❤️

⚡️ Before starting, I have to talk a little about what is happening in the world right now regarding COVID-19, In Argentina right now we have 56 cases, two dead and some people recovered, this can change and possibly will do so, over the days. I try not to do it so much on Twitter for example because I know that EVERYONE is talking about it, and there’s a lot of information and really although I feel that it’s a time where we all need to remain calm about it and take good care of ourselves, I wouldn’t want it to overwhelm any of you. So I decide to talk about it briefly here, especially to tell you that I hope you’re safe and that although it’s necessary to stay calm, you have to also know how important it is to take care of ourselves at this moment, not only for ourselves but also for others. Wash your hands, keep your workspace or home as clean and airy as possible, cough or sneeze into the crease of your arm, and try not to touch your faces much with your hands. Especially for those who still have to go to work outside their houses, I send you all my best energy and my love, we’ll overcome this and for those countries that are going through the worst right now, I send all my love, my thoughts are always with you. I love you and as always I want to express the importance of thinking about others and leaving selfishness aside in such a critical moment.⚡️

Going back to what we’re here for today, I thought it would be something fun to check my TBR and make a list of those books that although I really WANT to read, I find them super intimidating for some reason. Sometimes I see the fact of being intimidated by a book as such a silly situation, right? But it happens to all of us at some point, so I thought it would be a good idea to share this list with you and tell you what I feel about each book so that in some way we can chat about it and shake off all those doubts, insecurities and general intimidation by them. 🥰 
What I plan to do is share with you my top 10 most intimidating books that I’ve added to my TBR either in Goodreads or that I already own, you’ll be able to see in addition to each title, its synopsis and a brief explanation of why I feel intimidated by it. 😊  The books aren’t ordered in a specific way, just random, so I hope you can help me change my ideas and tell me a little about what you think about them, as well as share your most intimidating books with me. 👏🏻 I can’t wait to show you my lists, so … Let’s get started! 🌵
