Recommendation Post | Cry-Worthy & Heart-Touching Young Adult Contemporary Books – Part #1 💧

 💧 Hi, friends! How are you? I hope you’re doing great and having a day full of good reading & precious moments. ❤️ Today I’ve decided to do again a kind of mini-series here on the blog, after a while of doing one, where we’ll focus on those Contemporary YA books that have touched my heart, have made me reflect, have provoked me to think, have taken me through paths of many feelings and above all, are those stories that move something inside of you which makes them almost unforgettable. 🥺🌟 
Honestly, I was going to bring you a top 5, but in the end, I would have to leave many excellent books out of the list, so that’s why I decided to make it a 3 part series, which I’ll spread over three months from now, this way we’ll have one of these posts every month from April to June. 🙌🏻 

Many of these books have, of course, already been mentioned in other of my posts over the years 😊, and I even think most of them are on my massive list of 5-star Worthy Contemporaries (I’ll leave that post HERE in case you want to check it out!) and, in other posts related to books that touch on serious and sensitive topics, but I still wanted to come back after a long time with this kind of appreciation posts where I highlight these AMAZING, HEART-TOUCHING works, as I think they’re all really worth it. 🥰 Plus, obviously, it’s an updated list with new books I’ve read recently and I think they also deserve their place on this kind of list. 🔥 
The books will not be placed in any particular order, guys, they’re randomly placed, they’re all really amazing and are more than recommended by me. As you will notice in the title, I’ve decided to go for the word “Cry-Worthy” 😭 as they’re mostly books that have moved me on a deeper level, and as I’m very sensitive they have honestly made me cry, which isn’t to say that they’re particularly super sad or anything like that, but they’ll undoubtedly touch a part of you due to their sensitive themes of all kinds, from family issues, personal growth, strength, loss, faith, love, and much more. So basically if you want to feel touched by a book this is the right place for you! 😍 

I’ve decided to do this mini-series focusing on contemporary stories, and even if some of them have some magical aspect, they’re all stories focused on the contemporary subject as such. I’ve decided to talk about contemporaries now, as I plan to maybe do another post where we can talk a bit more about those books that are deeply significant for me within the fantasy genre, as well. 👍🏻 Obviously, I hope this is something you enjoy a lot, and you can hopefully find many books to add to your TBR.⚡️ You know I love to know what you think so feel free to leave me your comments 💞 & now yes, without further ado LET’S GET STARTED! 💧

Book Recommendations | 2021 Book Releases You Must Read Before the Year Ends! 📖

 📖 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a wonderful day and a super positive start to the month! ❤️ I know this year has been crazy for many of us who are still trying to find our place after the madness of the pandemic in the world, so listen to me on this: celebrate every little achievement you have made this 2021 because if you have survived all this, you’re already a queen/king & here, hoping we all have a 2022 full of blessings! 🎉 
Today I’m excited because I woke up wanting to talk to you about the best 2021 releases I’ve read, so here we are in this last recommendation post of the year, which I hope you like a lot and it will help you to find new reads. 🤓 
Many of the books I’ll mention have been huge surprises for me because although I was excited to read them, I never thought I would enjoy them at the level I did, either for their unique stories, their well-created atmospheres, or the outstanding narration. 😍 
So, this is why I’ve chosen them for today’s post where of course we’ll focus on the 2021 releases I’ve read and highly enjoyed. Plus, I’ll also add some other releases that are on my “priority list” that even though I haven’t read them yet, I’m dying to do it because they sound AMAZING.

From the middle of the month, more or less, I’ll be starting to upload my end of the year posts, where I’ll share with you my favorite books, less favorite books, new authors, and much much much more, so stay tuned for all of it, it will be super fun! 😄 I also promise I’ll be checking all your posts a lot more than usual because I love you and want to support you, you know that! 🌟

Top 10 | 5-Stars Worthy Magical & Paranormal Books 🌙

 🌙 Hi, bookish friends! How are you today? I hope you’re having a wonderful day, and are enjoying the best reads.❤️ Today I’m super excited and happy to bring you the third part of this top 10 series I’ve been doing for a few months now, and I’m more than happy to continue this series, ending for now with what will be my top 10 books of magical realism, magical touches in general and some paranormal tones as well, books that, of course, I think are 5 stars worthy. 👏🏻👏🏻 If you’re interested in knowing a bit about the other previous posts, I’ll leave them right here so you can take a look at them: on one side we have, 5-Stars Worthy Contemporary Books & on the other side, 5-Stars Worthy High-Fantasy Books.
You may have already noticed that it wasn’t easy for me to give a specific title to this top because it makes more sense in my head than when I explain it for some reason 😅, but I hope it makes sense to you. What I wanted to do, in general, is to put in this top all those books that despite having fantasy touches none of them fit in the category of high-fantasy, and on the other hand, I also have books here that are contemporary but with strong touches of magic-realism, magic in general or that have some darker and paranormal aspect or out of the ordinary, you know? 🌟 I know it sounds complicated, but I swear it will make sense once you see them all together, as I think they fit perfectly into this rare but magical category, which I must also confess that has some of my favorite books, so I’m super excited to share the list with you. 😊

Top 10 | 5-Stars Worthy High-Fantasy Books ⚔️

⚔️ Hi, bookish family! how are you? hope you’re well, having a wonderful day and an even better week surrounded by the best reading.❤️ I’m SO excited and happy to bring you a new Top after quite a while, but this time also an extended Top with 10 books that besides blindly recommending, I think are worth the 5 stars. 😍 This would be practically the second part of a post I did earlier this year, which you can check out RIGHT HERE, where I share with you my Top 10: 5 Stars-Worthy Contemporary Books; post that I know you liked a lot and that makes me very happy 🥺, so I knew I needed to bring you the second part this time obviously, as I already mentioned, focusing on High-Fantasy books as such. The books I’ll mention below are books I obviously love with all my heart, they’re full of action and adventure, where these unique characters will have to take challenging paths and make difficult decisions to grow and achieve all their goals. All of this obviously takes place in 100% fantasy worlds where anything is possible from magic to monstrous beings, and from fantastical creatures to impossible and dark realms 🏰. Each one of them is unique and different, each one of them stands out in something for me and that’s why I decided to include them here, but I also wanted to include my reviews in case you want to check them out to know a little more in-depth my thoughts about each one of them. 🌟
Later on, I’m excited to maybe do a third part with books that I couldn’t include this time 😄, mostly because I feel they don’t really fit into the high-fantasy genre, but rather are contemporary stories with touches of fantasy, magic-realism, and paranormal, so soon I’ll be doing something similar with those books because it pained me to have to choose only 10 for this opportunity, so we’ll be doing more of these fun posts.

Book Recommendations | Books with Weird & Unusual Plots 🌘

 🌘 Hi, friends! I hope you’re having a wonderful day, full of the best readings.❤️ Today I’m super excited because I bring you a post that I’ve been wanting to do for a couple of weeks, I thought it would be fun to share with you my favorite books with the strangest and most peculiar plots. 👏🏻  If you follow my blog for a while you already know that I adore rare books that come out of the box and dare to do something new and innovative with their plots, especially I LOVE when mundane or everyday life is mixed with paranormal, strange elements, or magic, as well as I love plots that focus a little on giving life to their characters and settings, taking the time to develop them in an atmospheric and addictive way, but never leaving aside that strange and kind of dark vibe that pushes you to keep reading to know what will happen. 😍  These are the types of books that are 100% for me, that’s why in this post I wanted to bring them all here together to share them with you.

I know that this type of book will not be for everyone, and that’s fine, I like to bring you particular and different things so that we can also share our experiences and thoughts, so if it isn’t for you, that’s super valid too, let me know all in the comments. 😊 So, as I was saying, this time it will be all about atmospheric, dark, and kind of twisted books at times, without a doubt, they all have the same characteristic that they’re all dark and involve a bit of the horror genre at times in different measures. 🌲 But they’re all highly addictive books with unexpected twists and gripping mysterious plots, so I highly recommend them if these are factors that resonate with you. 🌟 
In addition, I’ve also decided to include some books with these characteristics that I haven’t read yet, but they’re in my TBR so you can have more options and also add them to your TBR if you want.

Book Recommendations | Perfect Books for Transitioning Between Seasons ⛅️

⛅️ Hi, amores! I hope you’re having a beautiful day and an amazing start to the week, obviously, full of the most wonderful readings! ❤️ Today super excited to bring you a recommendation post after a long time of having made one, you know that I LOVE recommending books, but I like to give it a little twist making it more entertaining and fun, so this time I had the idea to recommend those books that under my point of view are perfect to read during those months of the year where the seasons are changing. 🙌🏻 I hope you friends understand what I mean by this, but just in case, I’ll be more specific about my idea, the books that I’ll talk about next are, on the one hand, books that I’ve read and really loved, but they’re also perfect books to read while we’re moving from one season to another to adapt to a different climate and/or time of year.
I’ve also decided to add a couple more books per season, but this time books that belong to my TBR, cause although I haven’t read them yet I think they have themes, ideas, plot bases, or atmospheres similar to those respective books that I do have read, you know? especially to be able to bring you a greater number of titles that you can add to your TBR and enjoy! 🥰
I love to make recommendations based on climates or seasons, but I don’t like to focus only on one season since we all live in different hemispheres, so I prefer to make a more general post, so we can all participate.

Top 10 | 5 Stars-Worthy Contemporary Books 🌺

I want to know what you’re currently reading, actually, so let me know below in the comments.❤️ Today I’m super excited about this post because I haven’t brought you a recommendation list in a while, and I LOVE to do it, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. 🙌🏻 This time I’m focused on contemporary books either within the YA or Adult genre, specifically those that under my point of view are the most faithful to the contemporary genre itself, this means that I’ll leave out those titles that play a little with paranormal aspects or with magic because even when I LOVE those books, I wanted to focus on the genre as such, but of course, I’ll be bringing you more lists in the future, so that we can talk a little more about other genres and mixtures of them. 😍  The important thing and what I want to highlight from this list is that they’re, for me, all books that are worth the 5 stars, what do I mean by this? That they’re just WONDERFUL books, that either because they’re so unique due to their plot or characters, managed to touch my heart and stay with me throughout time. All these books mean a lot to me, they’ve managed to transmit me from happiness to sadness in the most real and even beautiful ways, that’s why I want to recommend them today with the hope that you may decide to read them at some point because I KNOW you’ll love them. 🥰 I also thought it fun to make a list with books that I think would be incredible for your beginning of the year, since they’re SUPER outstanding books for me, they would be incredible first readings for this 2021, cause what better way to start a new year that with books that can be 5 stars, right?  👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

Top 10 | Books that Made me Feel Emotional 💧

 💧 Hi, guys, I hope you’re having the most wonderful day, full of good readings and precious moments.❤️ Today I’m super excited because I come with a new TOP 10 and it has been a long time since I made one so, YAY! You already know that you can take this type of tops as recommendations too because they’re books that I love deeply and I’m always recommending, so I would be more than happy if you added them to your TBR. 😍
So, as I was saying, this time I bring you a top 10 where I’ll share with you all those books that when reading them made me feel many emotions, from that happy feeling in my belly to that sad feeling that breaks your heart, but in any case, are wonderful stories that I have no doubts will touch your soul and will make you feel MANY things. 😭
I was inspired to do this post because recently in a book tag I mentioned that I loved books that made me cry, and I thought it would be an unpopular opinion, but it ended up being a surprise to me because many of you mentioned that you also love books that make you feel emotional in a sad way, but at the same time, it makes you feel more connected with the story and you can put yourself in the characters’ shoes, you know? it’s a beautiful feeling. With some of these books I’ve cried, of course, but with all of them I’ve felt that feeling of WOW, it broke my heart but in the best way, if there’s such a thing 😂

Top 5 | Wonderful Descriptive Books 🌲

 🌲 Hi guys, I hope you’re having a wonderful day, full of good readings.❤️ Today I’m super excited to come back with a top 5/recommendation post, this time all about books with beautiful descriptions. 👏🏻 
Lately, I’ve been working a lot on my WIP because I’m participating in NaNoWriMo, and because of this I’ve realized my weaknesses at the time of writing, and I think that my biggest weak point and where I really need to focus is on the descriptive scenes. 🥺 So thinking about this a lot has inspired me to create the list of books that I bring you today, and not only I adore all the books that I’ll mention below, but I also want to make this post as a kind of recognition to all these incredible authors for their wonderful work in creating the most beautiful descriptive scenes that make each chapter atmospheric and even almost poetic. 😍 
As I’ve mentioned in a few posts in the past, I’m not the biggest fan of over-descriptive plots that can spend hundreds of pages talking about weather and tree shapes, but I do appreciate it a lot when I find the right amount of descriptions about the surroundings or even about the characters because it gives depth to the plot and they can make us feel almost like we are there within the story experiencing everything alongside with the characters. 😊
It’s a great tool to bring stories to life, so today I’m going to share with you my 5 favorite books with these characteristics.

Spooky Books #4 | Adult & Middle-Grade Halloween Books 👻

I hope you’re having a beautiful and spooky day, enjoying all your readings.❤️ Today I’m back with the fourth and last part of my series of posts where I’m sharing with you some lists and recommendations of spooky books so that you can add to your TBR and maybe read at some point! 😍 I’m happy to have shared this season of horror with you, I know there is still a full week left in the month, but I’ve decided to stop here with my posts because I have to start writing my posts for the end of the month and the beginning of the next one, even so, don’t worry lol, because next Saturday 31, I’ll be coming with a tag for Halloween and thus “celebrate” together with you. 🧙🏻‍♀️ So, you know that I LOVE everything that has to do with spooky stuffs, so it’s a pleasure for me to be putting together this last list full of interesting books for you.

This time, and to end my mini-series, I’ve decided to bring you 10 perfect spooky & horror books to read during Halloween night, and this time, as I’ve already talked a lot about spooky YA books, I’ve decided to focus on Adult & Middle- Grade books, so that more people can find these lists of help, being as varied as possible. 😊 I don’t know about you, but I love to read a really creepy good book at least once a year within the Adult genre and also sometimes I love to relax with something slightly spooky within the Middle-Grade genre, so this time I’ve decided to prioritize some titles I haven’t heard much about in the bookish blogosphere, to again, be able to bring you a greater variety of readings. 👏🏻 I can’t say that this is a recommendation list as such, I like to see it more as suggestions for you, since I haven’t read these books yet, even so, they’re all in my TBR, because they sound unique, intense, atmospheric, entertaining & interesting, but Above all, they’re on my list because they sound VERY SPOOKY, and I think I have put together a pretty solid list to enjoy this season, so I hope you can enjoy it and find new books that catch your attention. 🥰
