💀 Hi, friends! How are you today? I hope you’re having a wonderful day and an a even better month surrounded by the best and spookiest reads! 🖤 Today I’m super excited because I’m bringing you the third part of my spooky post series for October, where I’ll be sharing with you 20 creepy titles in the adult genre. 🌙 Before I start, I obviously want to thank you with all my heart for the support to the blog during this month, I really appreciate every single person who reads my content, likes and comments, you guys are awesome! 🤩 In today’s post, as in the previous ones, I’ll be sharing in no particular order 20 books that I have recompiled within the adult horror genre 🔥, this as always will be divided into two categories, on the one hand, I have books that I recommend for this season because I have mostly heard the most amazing things about them☠️ , and on the other hand, a second part below, with the new releases of this 2021 within the same genre☠️ . This way I hope you can have a more varied list of books to choose from to add to your spooky TBR and maybe read during this season. Of course, I also hope that this is a positive way to promote the realeses of these books and their authors.
🌪 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having an amazing day, full of the best readings!❤️ Today I bring you a double review of the books I’ve been reading recently. 😊 Of course, these books will be spooky editions during this month, so you can find everything I’ll be trying to read during the month of October on my TBR. 🕯 But today we’ll focus on these two stories, on one side we have: There’s Someone Inside Your House, a book where we follow a killer who’s murdering students, but not without stalking them first from inside their own homes, and a group of guys trying to figure out what connects the victims, and who’s behind the killing 🔪 & on the other side: The Taking of Jake Livingston, where we follow a young man who can see and feel the world of the dead, and while trying to survive in a racist society he’ll face a completely different struggle with a spirit who wants revenge. 👻 I hope you enjoy both reviews very much, you know I love to know what you think, so feel free to let me know all about it in the comments! 🥰 Now yes, make yourself comfortable, and LET’S GET STARTED! 🌪
🎃 Hi, bookish friends! I hope you’re all having a wonderful day full of the best spooky reading! 🖤 Another day of October and another spooky post to enjoy the season of horror! This time I’m super excited to bring you 20 intriguing, atmospheric, and somewhat spooky titles belowing to the Middle Grade genre. 🌙 In this second post, in this month’s series of spooky posts, I want to share with you books, as I already mentioned, within the Middle Grade genre, but always focusing on the scariest titles. 🦇 Of course, within this genre you won’t find such dark atmospheres or such disturbing king od stories, as there are in more adult genres, but of course I wanted to share these stories with you anyway because I think if you’re not a big fan of being scared or if all this horror stuff isn’t that much for you, I think with these books you can feel a little bit more comfortable but you can also enjoy a little bit of Halloween vibes without being too extreme.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Another plus, besides the fact that I love reading this genre, is that I find that all these books have something in common, and that’s that they don’t have SO MANY pages, that itself, combined with the lightness of the genre, I think it will give you a super entertaining quick reading experience for this season. 😊 Books I’m sure you can read in a couple of sittings, which is great for when you want to get into the spirit of celebration, but don’t have a lot of time.
That being said, in today’s post I haven’t only decided to compile a list of those 10 titles that I think stand out for this season, but I’ve also added 10 more Miggle Grade titles released this 2021!💀 It seemed like a good opportunity to promote these new releases that sound really spooky and entertaining. 😍 I hope you enjoy today’s post, that you find lots of titles to to add to your TBR & obviously, that you let me know everything in the comments, don’t be shy, you know I love talking to you! Thank you SO much for the support you give to this series 🥺, I love doing it, so without further ado LET’S BEGIN! 🎃
‼️ All books will have a direct link to Goodreads in case you want to add them.
🕯️ Hi, bookish friends! I hope you’re all having a wonderful day full of the best spooky reading! 🖤 Today I’m super excited to share with you the first post of a new series where we’ll have various bookish content all related to horror season, and Halloween in general 🕷, but don’t worry because if you’re not that into spooky and this crrepy vibe isn’t for you because I’ve got you covered too, so I’ll be trying to create posts that can be enjoyable for everyone, no matter what. 🙌🏻 I hope you’re as much excited as I am, because as you know, I LOVE horror season 😍, even though in Argentina it’s not something we celebrate, I celebrate it on my own with many creepy books, movies and series, so I hope this year I can share this season with all of you. So,I invite you to stick around for this post series to not only share halloween-y books, but also exchange opinions to make it more fun! 😊
In this first post to open this seriesI wanted to bring you a bunch of Young Adult Horror books for you to enjoy during this season, so I thought a list of 31 books would be more than perfect! 🎃 Some things I tried to keep in mind when compiling this list are: first, that 🌕this books aren’t this year’s releases, as I’ll have a separate post for that specifically, and second, that 🌕the specific genre is “horror” and not “suspense”, “thrillers” or “mysteries”. Obviously there’s nothing wrong with those genres, I love them and they’re perfect to read during this time due to their dark atmospheres, but I wanted in this list to focus 100% on horror as the main genre. 👍🏻 if you’re interested in seeing a list with the other genres as well, I’ll be more than happy to do it separately without any problems. 🥰
I don’t want to make this introduction too long, as we have a long way to go, so without further ado, I hope you enjoy this October content in general in the blog 🕸, that you like this post, that you can find new titles to add to your TBR & obviously,I invite you to share all your thoughts about these books with me in the comments. 😘 Now yes, LET’S GET STARTED! 🕯
‼️ All books will have a direct link to Goodreads in case you want to add them.
🌙 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a wonderful day filled with the best readings & obviously, I hope you all had a beautiful past month! ❤️ Today I’ve returned with one of my favorite posts to share with you my Wrap Up of the month, where I tell you all about what I’ve read during the month of September, plus: What I’m going to read in the month of October!. I’m back babies! I’ve missed you SO MUCH 🥺, and I’m super excited to be back after these two super necessary weeks off, where I’ve taken a total break from all kinds of social media and even of my own phone, I know that doing this always recharges me to come back to my routine a little more positive and with better energy.⚡️ So obviously, I hope you all have had the best weeks and overall a great September, which by the way, where did it go? it has flown by for me! Feel free to share with me everything you’ve been doing & reading during the month, I’m really dying to know and chat with you about it. 🥰 I don’t want to bore you with facts about my personal life so I’ll be brief, I’ve been basically visiting family, and since most of them live in rural areas or far away in the countryside, I’ve been in contact with nature which I love 🌳 & on the other hand, I’ve made a really important and huge purchase together with my boyfriend, and I’m very excited to tell you about it, and that’s that I’ve bought my first PC GAMER!!!! 😭 😭 I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this ever here, but I love playing videogames, so I’m super excited to finally have a better setting where to play and spend time, also obviously this computer is like a thousand times better than my laptop, so I can possibly generate more content for the blog, since it works faster and has a better system, so it’s something super positive and a treat that we deserved to have in our lives.
As for reading I’m sorry to tell you that I’ll have to disappoint you a bit because I haven’t read anything these past weeks 😕, I haven’t really had the chance and have decided to just take a reading break as well, but I did read one book before I left, and I liked it, and I’m in the middle of a reread which I’ll tell you more about it later. 👍🏻 Having a book blog and saying you didn’t read always feels a little embarrassing, but it’s also nice because I’m glad I can admit when I don’t feel like reading and tell you guys it’s ok if that happens to you too, we’re human and sometimes we can’t do everything, right? 💞 But all this has a bright side because now I feel ready to read, read and read this October which, if you follow the blog for a while you already know is my favorite month to read spooky books, actually it’s more like an excuse where I have a reason to read them because I LOVE those kind of horror genres, or dark plots, and all that cool stuff! 👻 👻 👻 Sometimes I hate that I have to live in this hemisphere because it’s spring, and it doesn’t fit at all with what creepy season represents but well, I’ll work with what I have like every year 😂, I’ll read creepy stuff surrounded by flowers, and that’s fine with me! 🌺
As I always like to do, I want to take a little paragraph to thank you guys for the love and support you always have for me and the blog, you know that this space is more than important to me and having you in every post there for me means the world, these connections that we create will always be in my heart and to think that I am at least a small part of someone’s life out there feels beautiful. Thank you SO SO much for these almost 5 years living this experience with me. 😍
A little preview of what I want to do for the blog this month 😊, is that besides all the spooky themed posts, which will have among them recommendations and tops, I’ll also be introducing a new much more relaxed section where we’ll talk about books (I mean… unexpected.) and I also have a super fun but creppy post in mind that will involve over 30 books!!! 🙌🏻 I hope you decide to stay and share this month with me and I hope you enjoy today’s post, where of course, I’ll be sharing more than anything a huge stack with those possible books I’ll be reading in October, all of them or at least most of them, with dark themes, of course!🌘 Now without further ado, make yourself something nice to drink and let’s get started! 🌙
🔥 Hi, mis amores!! I hope you’re having a wonderful day full of good readings & beautiful moments.❤ Super excited to have the chance to share with you again this post series, where every month I’ll be bringing you the newest book releases of 2021, obviously focusing on those that sound more interesting and more appealing to me. 🌟 As I always say “Good news for the heart but bad for the pocket” right? that expression never gets old 😅So if you’re not afraid to let your TBR grow… even more, & you’re dying to know what books are about to come out, this is the series for you.👏🏻In these posts, I always include those book releases that, as I said before, resonate the most with me or sound like something that I’ll love, so I’ll only highlight those that I plan to read at some point. I hope you enjoy this post a lot & above all, that you can find new books to enjoy. 😍 Thank you for choosing to share this moment with me, make yourself comfortable, grab your favorite drink & LET’S GET STARTED! 🔥
‼Small Clarification: The dates of some of these books may change due to Covid-19 and everything that’s happening in the world right now, so if that’s the case, don’t hesitate to let me know!
The Scions roam free, and only the sorceress can hunt them…
After the battle with storm god Molech Suun, a city is in ruins and a new Archmage holds the Syndicate’s leash. But while Gwyn has accepted her fate – to hunt down and destroy the remaining Scions – her loyalty is still to her old master Faolan, held captive by a cunning necromancer.
Saving Faolan means leaving the wizards and the Clockwork City behind. With the shapeshifter Lucian at her side, Gwyn embarks on a dangerous journey across the sea, to lands where pirate kings rule and wild magic sings.
But sorceresses are heir to a dark legacy of blood – and Gwyn soon finds that she’s the one being hunted.
The Scions want her dead, and a new enemy sends threats and warnings that can’t be ignored. As Gwyn struggles to balance her desires and her destiny, she finds herself unprepared for what awaits her beyond the city walls. And far to the south, amid the ashes of a fallen kingdom, a familiar foe is setting deadly plans in motion…
The Stars Beyond the Stone is the dazzling third instalment in Bonnie Wynne’s epic fantasy saga, The Price of Magic.
👓 Hi, bookish friends! How are you? I hope you’re having a wonderful day, full of the best reading.❤️ Today I’m super excited to bring you what will be my last post for a few weeks, since as I’ve told you before, I’ll be taking a couple of weeks off starting Monday, but I still wanted to bring you one more post before then to have fun and share together. 😊 So I decided to bring you today a mini list where I’ll share with you 5 of those popular authors I haven’t read yet (but, want to).I think that besides the fact that I love sharing this kind of stuff here on the blog, it will also be a super useful way for me to remember how much I really want to read these authors’ books, because I know they’re all super talented and I’ve heard the best things. I also think it’s great to have the chance to share with you these authors so we can exchange opinions. I would love to know if you’ve read any of them and how you feel about their work, what are your faves, etc. I think it’s a good and interesting topic for discussion. 🥰
My plan today is to mention each author in no specific order and also to share with you some points as to why I’m interested in reading these authors. 👏🏻 I really have no reason not to have read them yet, that’s why I won’t talk extensively about that, since there’s not much to say, but I wanted to make it a bit more interactive, so I’ll share, as I said, some positive points why they’re still on my TBR. 😍 On the other hand, I’ll also be sharing the books, of each respective authors, that are on my TBR, so you can leave me your opinion about them and let me know what you think. I hope it’s something entertaining to read, and if you’d like to do it on your own blog, please do! I’d love to see other readers’ choices as well. 🌟
I hope you enjoy it, thanks for always being there to support me and the blog, I deeply appreciate it! See you soon when I get back from my weeks off with more content and new challenges. I love you all!!! 💞 & without further ado, let’s get started! 👓
‼️ PS: I have a review on the calendar that I’ll be uploading on September 15th, so I hope you enjoy that once it’s posted.
💫 Hi, my beautiful friends, I hope you’re having the most amazing day.❤️ This is a blog post series I’ve been doing all of 2020 and I’m doing it again during 2021, because I just love it, and it’s all about highlighting a series of blog posts from around the book blogger community, that I enjoyed reading or that I think are amazing and deserve more love and recognition. With this, I hope to be able to somehow support other book bloggers on a monthly basis, and I also hope you can find new book blogs to follow or content that interests you or help you. 🥰 Maybe the look of this post will be simpler than what you usually see on the blog, but I like this idea and it’s honestly with the simple purpose of supporting each other more and we can find new content in a simple and organized way. I don’t have a certain amount I’m highlighting per month, they’re just posts I’ve come across with and I think they’re INCREDIBLE, so I want to share them with you all. 👏🏻 I used to make a small top 5 with my favorite posts of the month, but I realized that I had to delete many posts to be able to select only 5, and I don’t think it’s fair, there are SO many wonderful posts and everyone deserves the same love and recognition, so that’s why I decided to makethis post apart 😊
I hope you enjoy, like and support this idea. 😚 I LOVE YOU ❤️ and let’s start! 💫
🌺 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a wonderful day filled with the best readings & obviously, I hope you all had a beautiful past month!Today I’ve returned with one of my favorite posts to share with you my Wrap Up of the month, where I tell you all about what I’ve read during the month of August, plus: What I’m going to read in the month of September!. I think I repeat this every month, so I’m sorry, but OMG, I can’t believe we’re already so close to the end of 2021! it’s crazy! 😲 I hope from the bottom of my heart that you’re all safe and healthy, and have been able to get vaccinated if you wanted to, personally I’ve already had the first dose, so I’m more relaxed now, I’m waiting to be called for the second and luckily I haven’t had any symptoms or anything, so a very good experience. In other news, the month of August has been super quiet for me in my personal life, honestly nothing super amazing has happened but luckily, I did have been feeling very well physically, I’ve returned to be more active and walk which I haven’t done for a while, and that’s very good for me. 🏃🏻♀️🌟I also want to thank everyone deeply because it has been a very good month for the blog and I’ve been seeing a much more active flow of new people joining the family and that makes me very happy and I’m honestly flattered that you subscribe to the blog and check my posts, I love this space and all the wonderful people I’ve met through it. 🥺💕
I’ve embarked this month on a new challenge in terms of reading, where I’ll be reading some favorite books from other book bloggers, which I’m very excited about, and I’ve already made some progress on that TBR specifically so I’m super happy, anyway I’ll share more about it in another post. 👏🏻👏🏻I’m looking forward to creating weekly posts where I keep you updated with this challenge maybe, or updating it as well, something will come up, but I promise to keep you posted on all of that. In terms of reading in general, you know I’ve already shared with you that this year has been very busy for me, so I haven’t had as much time as I’d like to read as such so I’ve taken this stance of reading what I can, and being patient with myself, and celebrating every little victory, you know? Still with this mentality I managed to read a bit more than I had planned so YAY! 🎉 I’d say it was a very successful month in terms of reading. 😄 As for the quality of these readings, it’s been a month of highs and lows, I have some books that really impressed me, some genres that I’m not usually used to reading that I loved, and others that I expected a lot from and really disappointed me, so there’s a little bit of everything here to talk about and analyze today. We have a bit of romance, a bit of sci-fi, mystery and above all a lot of magic! Would I really be myself if I didn’t read stuff about witches?…it’s literally all I’ve been reading this year 😅.
‼️ Another thing I want to share with you before starting with the post, is thatI’ll be taking 2 weeks off in September where I won’t be uploading anything to the blog, I might read a little but I don’t really promise anything, you’ll see that my TBR for the month is very general because I don’t even know how much I’ll actually read, but well, this is something I do every year together with my boyfriend and we take the opportunity to relax, visit our families and really be with each other, so maybe during those two weeks reading won’t be exactly my priority, and that’s perfectly fine. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF & TAKE BREAKS is SO important for your mental health! ❤️❤️ Still, I’ll be back with my reading updates for you, and obviously I’ll share a bit of those books that could be in my stack.
Now without further ado, thank you for being there on the other side supporting me,I LOVE YOU!!! 🥰 I have the best readers and this is by far the best community, so super honored to belong & I hope you obviously enjoy today’s post, and let me know all your thoughts in the comments. Now yes, LET’S GET STARTED! 🌺
