đż Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a beautiful day, full of good readings, and of course, you’re safe and healthy.â¤ď¸Â Today is Friday and as you know I like to bring something different and more relaxed these days, so I decided to come out with a recommendation post sharing with you my top 5 atmospheric books. This will not be the only post, I want to make a mini-series type of thing where I’ll be sharing books with wonderful & vivid settings, others somewhat creepy, but above all beautiful and 100% atmospheric. đđť The idea came out to me because I honestly LOVE this feature in books, it’s one of my favorite factors when I choose what to read and it always ends up having a great impact on my enjoyment, I just adore atmospheric books, when you feel that you can be in the place where the characters are and especially when you feel that you’re surrounded by that immensity or that landscape so vivid that you can almost touch, smell and feel everything around you. This is a feeling that I adore with my heart, so what I want with these posts is that you can also find a book that can make you feel all that and much more while enjoying the story and managing to fully commit yourself to the plot. đÂ
I hope you like the idea and that you decide to stay and follow this series of post and of course, I would love to know your opinion and your own recommendations for me, I’ll be adding MANY books to my TBR, so don’t hesitate to let me know everything in the comments.  đĽ°Â
Now without further ado, let’s begin, I’m super excited to share this very atmospheric top with you. đż
Practical Magic meets Nova Ren Sumaâs Imaginary Girls and Laura Rubyâs Bone Gap in this lush, atmospheric new novel by acclaimed author Katrina Leno.
A magic passed down through generations. An island where strange things happen. A summer that will become legend.
Georgina Fernweh waits impatiently for the tingle of magic in her fingersâmagic that has touched every woman in her family. But with her eighteenth birthday looming, Georgina fears her gift will never come.
Over the course of her last summer on the islandâa summer of storms, falling in love, and the mystery behind one rare three-hundred-year-old birdâGeorgina will learn the truth about magic, in all its many forms.
In Summer of Salt, Katrina Leno weaves another gorgeously original novel of magical realism and coming-of-age. Fans of April Genevieve Tucholke and Anna-Marie McLemore will be swept away.

Be careful of the dark, dark woodâŚ
Especially the woods surrounding the town of Fir Haven. Some say these woods are magical. Haunted, even.
Rumored to be a witch, only Nora Walker knows the truth. She and the Walker women before her have always shared a special connection with the woods. And itâs this special connection that leads Nora to Oliver Huntsmanâthe same boy who disappeared from the Camp for Wayward Boys weeks agoâand in the middle of the worst snowstorm in years. He should be dead, but here he is alive, and left in the woods with no memory of the time heâd been missing.
But Nora can feel an uneasy shift in the woods at Oliverâs presence. And itâs not too long after that Nora realizes she has no choice but to unearth the truth behind how the boy she has come to care so deeply about survived his time in the forest, and what led him there in the first place. What Nora doesnât know, though, is that Oliver has secrets of his ownâsecrets heâll do anything to keep buried, because as it turns out, he wasnât the only one to have gone missing on that fateful night all those weeks ago.
For as long as there have been fairy tales, we have been warned to fear what lies within the dark, dark woods and in Winterwood, New York Times bestselling author Shea Ernshaw, shows us why.
From New York Times bestselling author of The Wicked Deep comes a haunting romance perfect for fans of Practical Magic, where dark fairy tales and enchanted folklore collide after a boy, believed to be missing, emerges from the magical woodsâand falls in love with the witch determined to unravel his secrets.

Someone, or something, is haunting the Titanic.
This is the only way to explain the series of misfortunes that have plagued the passengers of the ship from the moment they set sail: mysterious disappearances, sudden deaths. Now suspended in an eerie, unsettling twilight zone during the four days of the liner’s illustrious maiden voyage, a number of the passengers – including millionaires Madeleine Astor and Benjamin Guggenheim, the maid Annie Hebbley and Mark Fletcher – are convinced that something sinister is going on . . . And then, as the world knows, disaster strikes.
Years later and the world is at war. And a survivor of that fateful night, Annie, is working as a nurse on the sixth voyage of the Titanic’s sister ship, the Britannic, now refitted as a hospital ship. Plagued by the demons of her doomed first and near fatal journey across the Atlantic, Annie comes across an unconscious soldier she recognises while doing her rounds. It is the young man Mark. And she is convinced that he did not – could not – have survived the sinking of the Titanic . . .

It’s been eighteen months since the Raxter School for Girls was put under quarantine. Since the Tox hit and pulled Hetty’s life out from under her.
It started slow. First the teachers died one by one. Then it began to infect the students, turning their bodies strange and foreign. Now, cut off from the rest of the world and left to fend for themselves on their island home, the girls don’t dare wander outside the school’s fence, where the Tox has made the woods wild and dangerous. They wait for the cure they were promised as the Tox seeps into everything.
But when Byatt goes missing, Hetty will do anything to find her, even if it means breaking quarantine and braving the horrors that lie beyond the fence. And when she does, Hetty learns that there’s more to their story, to their life at Raxter, than she could have ever thought true.

Branches and stones, daggers and bones,
They locked the Beast away.
After the death of her sister, seventeen-year-old Violet Saunders finds herself dragged to Four Paths, New York. Violet may be a newcomer, but she soon learns her mother isn’t: They belong to one of the revered founding families of the town, where stone bells hang above every doorway and danger lurks in the depths of the woods.
Justin Hawthorne’s bloodline has protected Four Paths for generations from the Grayâa lifeless dimension that imprisons a brutal monster. After Justin fails to inherit his family’s powers, his mother is determined to keep this humiliation a secret. But Justin can’t let go of the future he was promised and the town he swore to protect.
Ever since Harper Carlisle lost her hand to an accident that left her stranded in the Gray for days, she has vowed revenge on the person who abandoned her: Justin Hawthorne. There are ripples of dissent in Four Paths, and Harper seizes an opportunity to take down the Hawthornes and change her destiny-to what extent, even she doesn’t yet know.
The Gray is growing stronger every day, and its victims are piling up. When Violet accidentally unleashes the monster, all three must band together with the other Founders to unearth the dark truths behind their families’ abilitiesâbefore the Gray devours them all.Â

Besides the Goodreads link, that I always add in case you want to add the book to your TBR, this time Iâve also added a link to Book Depository, in case you want to order the book there. In that case, I want you to know that as an affiliate, Iâll receive a small percentage of your purchase and it would be REALLY helpful to me, to buy more books, and keep sharing with you â¤ď¸
