Liebster Award || #6 πŸƒ

πŸƒ Hi guys! I hope you’re having a great start to the week and are enjoying your readings.πŸ’• Today you’ll witness my attempt to catch up with my tag and awards, I’m really SO grateful for the beautiful people who nominate me and tag me in their posts, I LOVE that you think of me, it makes me feel super loved, but sometimes with so many things going on and to do, I really forget the amount of these posts that I still have to do, so I’ll start to be more constant and bring you at least 1 per week. πŸ‘πŸ»
This time, I’ve been nominated by my beloved and wonderful Meeghan || Meeghan Reads || for The Liebster Award, and I’m more than happy because she’s an incredible person and I love her blog, so her nomination means a lot to me πŸ₯°, and I’m eager to answer her incredible questions, it will be a lot of fun! Thanks, Meeghan, honey, you’re fantastic and if you still don’t follow her blog, what are you waiting for? 😊
Now, let’s start! I hope you enjoy it & stay with me while I answer each question πŸƒ

Rules

1.Acknowledge the blog that gave it to you and display the award
2. Answer 11 questions that the blogger gives you
3. Give 11 random facts about yourself
Β 4.Nominate 11 blogs and notify them of their nomination
5. Give these blogs 11 questions to answer

πŸƒΒ If you had to describe yourself in three characters, which ones would they be? πŸƒ

WOW, this is already a hard one lol, I think I would say Autumn (Autoboyography), Tessa (The Infernal Devices) & Laia (An Ember in the Ashes).
I think I have a little of each of them in me, especially because of their relationship with people, their loyalty and family values.

πŸƒΒ What was the last book you DNF’ed?Β πŸƒ

It’s crazy because although I support DNF books when you’re not enjoying them, I don’t have many on my own list, I think the last thing I didn’t finish was Undead Girl Gang by Lily Anderson, I plan to give it another chance at some point, though, because I feel that I wasn’t in the right mood to read it at the time, so I couldn’t connect with the story, but I would love to read it again and see how I feel about it

πŸƒΒ How many books are on your TBR?Β πŸƒΒ

I have a lot on my Kindle, I don’t have them counted but they should probably be more than 100 and then in physical I have a little more than 40, I don’t have many physical books, because obviously, they’re very expensive where I live, so I try to buy only those that I’m dying to read or those that I’ve already read in electronic format and loved, so I want to have it physically. And then in my Goodreads TBR, I have A LOT of books πŸ˜…

πŸƒ Which character would you swap lives with?Β πŸƒΒ

I’d say Tessa Gray but I think it’s cliche, so I would probably go with Alina (Shadow and Bone) or with Jude (The Cruel Prince), I know that they both live in super dangerous worlds but I like the characters, the world and the stories so much that I would really change places with them, at least one day when someone wasn’t trying to kill me and all that πŸ˜‚

πŸƒ Who is your favourite villain and why?Β πŸƒΒ

I guess you’re tired of myself answering the same thing every time, but is The Darkling, I mean I LOVE HIM forever. Although I could also say Adelina Amouteru (The Young Elite) she’s not a villain as such, but she has a stage where she becomes evil due to how people have mistreated her throughout her life and she’s INCREDIBLE, one of my favorite characters ever

πŸƒ What’s your go-to book recommendation?Β πŸƒΒ

Radio Silence or I’ll Give You The Sun, I think both books are WONDERFUL, they’re created of complex characters and diverse stories that would surely touch anyone who read them. I LOVE both books a lot and would read them thousands of times

πŸƒ What inanimate object do you wish you could eliminate from existence?Β πŸƒΒ

Eyelash curlers, I literally hate them Β πŸ˜…

πŸƒ What movie can you watch over and over without ever getting tired of?Β πŸƒΒ

Image result for the notebook

This reveals how cheesy I can be, I knowΒ πŸ˜„. I LOVE this movie, I saw it like a thousand times and I haven’t got tired yet

πŸƒ What was the last book you read that made you cry?Β πŸƒΒ

I cried a little with The Last Namsara by Kristen Ciccarelli, something happens that’s very sensitive to me, involves death and is all I can say. Basically, I tend to cry more with movies than with books, but sometimes tragic things happen with characters I love and destroy my heart. By the way, read this book if you haven’t yet, is all a fantasy book should be, I highly recommend it, it’s a 5-star reading.

πŸƒ Which fictional character do you think would be the most frustrating to meet in real life?Β πŸƒΒ

I think it would be irritating to meet several characters, even when some when I like some of them, they have personalities that would not compliment mine. This time I’ll choose Mal (Shadow and Bone), because although I like him better during my re-reading I still can’t stand him completely and maybe also Taryn (The Cruel Prince), because we all know that she’s a treacherous bitch, so yeah.

πŸƒ What social stigma do you think society needs to get over?Β πŸƒΒ

Well, I think that everything that has to do with stereotypes towards members of the LGBT+ community, I’m heterosexual but I am 100% supportive of the gay rights and I think we should all live as we want and love those we want, and there’s still a lot of discrimination and denigration in this sense, I have to listen to super hurtful things towards my best friends that are gay, and that destroys my heart, so I wish they could simply live free without fear and feel comfortable anywhere.
Talk about this makes me so emotional, but it’s the reality and hopefully, we’ll continue to grow as a society ❀️

Random Facts About Me

1- I’m from Argentina, and although I know that many of you already know, I wanted to mention it.

Now I can’t have them with me because my apartment is very small, so they’re with my mom, their names are Zaina & Snow, but I keep feeding and giving love to the neighborhood dogs. I dream of having a big place to take care of street dogs.
7- If I could only eat one thing during my whole life, I would eat watermelon.

I’ll let you all answer Meegahn’s questions because they are GREAT, and it would be fun to know your answers. I also swear that I try and nothing comes to my mind right nowΒ πŸ˜…Β πŸ’•Β

  1. Sofii! I love these answers! I didn’t love Undead Girl Gang a ton. It was worthwhile, but it wasn’t my favorite (which is what I’d expected.) And that thing about eyelash curlers made me laugh.

Thank you for nominating me! I’m working on my post!

I’d totally swap places with Jude and Tessa (even though their everyday lives would be a bit scary for me, haha).
And omg I love The Darkling and he definitely is one of my favorite villains (Mal can choke though!)😊.

I’m in agreement with you, I think the world needs to get over the LGBT+ stigma. I don’t understand why people can’t let people love who they love!

Ahh, Radio Silence is so good! It’s been awhile since I read I’ll Give You the Sun, and I should honestly reread it soon. I don’t reread a lot, but I really think I’ll get something from this reread! I’m such a dog person as well! I feel like being a cat person has become more popular lately, but I will always love dogs more! OH GOSH SAME. LONDON IS MY DREAM COUNTRY. I would love to live in it, but even if I just got to visit, I think I’d cry πŸ˜πŸ˜‚

  7. The Last Namsara was so so good! Also, I love Doctor Who! I’ve made all my closest friends through our mutual love for the show, so that’s one reason it’s important to me haha. Ooo, what are your tattoos of if you don’t mind me asking? Thank you so much for the tag, Sofii β™₯️!

It doesn’t bother me at all, honey. One of them is a musical note I made it because of my love for dance, I have a phrase “Stand by me” on my ribs, I have the word “Smile” on my wrist, 3 little birds near my neck, and a small star.
You’re welcome, beautiful! I can’t wait to hear your answers πŸ’•
