Guys, before I start, I want to apologize for not being as active as I usually am this week, I have had a lot to do and I’ve taken a few days to visit my family, but I promise I will be more consistent this coming week. I’m dying to finish reading I’ll Give you the Sun and bring you my review about it, that will be my next post, so stay tuned for the next few days 🙂

The cover that I’ve chosen this time may not be a surprise to anybody since I love the writer and her works, besides this is one of my most anticipated books of this year, I still don’t have it in my hands, but soon I’ll have it 😀 and I can’t wait, it will be great as always, I can feel it!.
But, of course, to be in this section not only its content should be good but it’s cover must be delicious, incredible and beautiful to the eye and this one guys, meets all the requirements, I’m talking about ….

Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor

I chose this book picture that is taken from the side because I want you to admire the beautiful detail of the borders of the blue pages, I think it’s a great idea that makes the book look much more beautiful than it already is.
In addition to this the cover is simple and beautiful, I love the strong blue color that takes over, has some sparkles that it looks like a sky, is really lovely.
I love the words and what I think is a moth? or something similar,( I don’t think it’s a butterfly, I don’t know how it would be in english, sorry, let me know in the comments please) :), but I love that all this is in this beautiful glossy gold.
Most of you know that the Daughter of Smoke and Bone trilogy is one of my all time favorite and I think those books also have very beautiful covers, but I think this one really has surpassed them, I like how simple and wonderful it looks, is just a 10/10 for me.

What did you think about the cover?
Have you read the book yet? , do you want to do it?

Let me know in the comments, I always love to know what you think

  1. I only have an ARC copy that has the US cover – I need to order a finished copy but I want it to be in the UK edition! The blue papers and the moth is just gorgeous! This book made it to my list of all time favourites – her writing was so beautiful and hypnotic!
